00:00Even if the concept we're doing is fiction, this is based on real events.

00:12I'm so proud because we've been doing this for a long time.

00:21In fact, we've been doing this since December last year.

00:24Finally, we're able to show some of what we've been working on.

00:30We're just very proud to be a part of the big historical drama of 2024.

00:36I feel nice, I feel grateful, I feel overwhelmed.

00:40Because the cast is amazing, the production is amazing,

00:46and this is backed up by Netflix.

00:49It's a huge honor for me, and I just can't wait for July 26.

00:55Because I'm able to watch it personally.

01:00Of course, at first, it's nerve-wracking.

01:03But the excitement is there, it's more than that.

01:06But when I watched it, you know, the thing that can make up for all of our fatigue

01:11is the reaction of the people, how they reacted to us.

01:16We're congratulating them because they did a great job in Pulang Araw.

01:20That's what makes me feel good.

01:22I'm just proud, and I'm very much grateful because

01:27even before Pulang Araw, we had months and months of preparation for taping.

01:33This is one of my projects that took a long time to shoot

01:37before it aired on television and on a platform, which is Netflix.

01:42All the hard work paid off, and we're just very much excited

01:45about the things that they can watch here.

01:47Because even though our concept is fiction,

01:51this is based on real events and what really happened

01:55during the Japanese occupation here in the Philippines,

01:58which is World War II.
