00:00still looking at many outages here throughout Harris County, especially
00:03Brazoria County off toward the south, over 60% of the county without power.
00:07So that's where the majority of those 1.2 million customers without power are
00:14kind of in that 8 to 9 county zone over far eastern Texas. And there were the
00:18downpours again a couple of hours ago. There were some high rainfall rates
00:22even had a brief severe thunderstorm warning there east of Beaumont. But
00:25most of the activity now as it started to again wind down with the exception
00:30of areas toward Victoria off to the south and the west, looking at some
00:34heavy rain there. And we do have some minor river flooding being experienced,

01:03historical average in terms of temperature, look at the Accuweather
01:07real field temperature, and this is what you need to prep for here. Friday
01:10afternoon, those values can exceed 105 to even 110 degrees. And even as we
01:17work our way into Saturday, we'll see more moisture in place along with high
01:21humidity. The potential, at least at a couple of areas, could see an
01:24additional heavy thunderstorm.
