00:04Today I will be showing you
00:06how I achieve my Saturn like blow dry at home
00:12So I just got out of the shower
00:14and I washed my hair with Trust Me Keratin Smooth Shampoo
00:16and now I will be conditioning my hair
00:18using Trust Me Keratin Smooth Conditioner
00:20I think a lot of people don't realise
00:22how important using conditioner is
00:24and especially in the city we live in
00:26in the city of Karachi
00:28because of the humidity
00:30it makes your hair very frizzy
00:32It's very important to actually use conditioner
00:34to keep your hair tamer
00:36So pro tip, only use conditioner on the length of your hair
00:38because if you do use it on the root
00:40it will make your scalp very greasy
00:42For those of you who don't know what keratin is
00:44Keratin is a protective layer of protein
00:46that is responsible for preventing breakage
00:48in your hair and also controlling frizz
00:50and especially in a city like Karachi
00:52this is God sent
00:54So I'm going to quickly go wash my hair
00:56Now I've rinsed off my conditioner
00:58and before we start with the blow dry
01:00I'm going to prep my skin
01:02So to prep my skin, I like to moisturise first
01:04I use Huda Beauty's Wishful
01:06which is like, it's got honey infused in
01:08and that really helps my skin calm down
01:12and like if it's burning for whatever reason
01:14it really calms that down
01:16So I do that
01:18and to moisturise my lips I use
01:20Dior Lip Glow
01:22I use the colour 004
01:24because it goes with my skin tone
01:26but they have other colours as well
01:28So now we're going to blow dry my hair
01:30The good thing about this shampoo
01:32is that it keeps my hair
01:34frizz free for up to 3 days
01:36and I think for this, like I said
01:38the city is very important
01:40and first thing I'm going to do is
01:42apply the serum
01:44the Keratin Smooth Shine Serum
01:46and with this it's a heat protectant
01:48as well and we go through
01:50a lot of like
01:52heat with our hair in our profession
01:54so this really protects
01:56protects
01:58I can't say the word
02:00protects the hair
02:02from burning up or you know
02:04just kind of firing up
02:06So what I like about this hair routine
02:08it really helps me detangle my hair
02:10really quickly
02:16but this really helps
02:18the hair
02:20they break a lot more as well
02:22and if your hair is easy to comb
02:24it's unbreakable
02:30So now I'm going to dry my hair
02:32by the way, the secret word is Keratin
02:46So now I've dried my hair
02:48and now I'm going to take my beech ki maang out
02:50for me it's a little hard to do
02:52but they say you should do it in your nose
02:54because apparently
02:56our nose is right in the center
02:58once that's done
03:00I'm going to start to section my hair
03:02so for that, from above your ears
03:04you stick your fingers here and you go all the way back
03:08and these hairs, you leave them down
03:10and clip them up
03:12so I'm going to
03:14clip these hair up
03:18take the hair out of the way
03:22and divide these in two sections
03:24and this is what we blow dry
03:26and then we'll take the sections up
03:28and do the crown at the end
03:34and then we just
03:36roll it out
03:40look, how smooth and shiny
03:42look at the difference guys
03:44like that
03:46and now we're going to do the rest of the hair
03:54same thing on this side
04:00and then I do the same thing
04:02that I did to the right side
04:10okay, now we're going to do the rest of the hair
04:12and I'll be back in a second
04:14so I've just blow dried my hair and I've just left the crown
04:16in a roller so I can have that extra volume
04:18while I do my makeup
04:20but this keratin smooth texture makes my hair
04:22really manageable, really smooth
04:24and there are no flyaways
04:26so for my makeup, first thing I'm going to do is move my hair out of the way
04:28so it doesn't get any product on it
04:30and I'm going to use Pore Minimizer
04:32which is by Benefit
04:34Porefessional
04:36so I'm going to use that just on my
04:38T-zone, I think that's what people call it
04:40I just call it next to my nose area
04:42so I'm going to
04:44put that around this area, my nose
04:46and my chin
04:48and then that's it
04:50and then I'm going to use my
04:52foundation which was
04:54introduced to me by
04:56Barbara Zahir, it's Fenty Beauty
04:58and it's
05:00hardly a foundation, it's more like
05:02a tinted moisturizer
05:04it's something that I would recommend
05:06everybody who doesn't like wearing foundation
05:08to use
05:10so usually I would just like
05:12rub this in but these days my skin's been
05:14having funny kind of days
05:16so I will use a brush to
05:18if I can find my makeup brush
05:20I will use a brush to kind of
05:22mix in HD Makeup Forever
05:24just a little bit so it can cover up a little nice
05:26but I don't want too much coverage though
05:28because I'm kind of after my skin
05:30this doesn't cover as much
05:32but it does add like this
05:34really nice glow to your skin
05:36and summer's coming
05:38so we need that glow
05:40I don't like wearing
05:42concealer as much to be really honest
05:44I generally don't like wearing too much makeup
05:46if I'm really honest but
05:50I'm going to set my under eye
05:52I don't use powder on my face as much
05:54because I like
05:56my oils to kind of seep through
05:58so that it has that glowy look as well
06:00because otherwise my foundation tends to get really cakey
06:02and I don't like that
06:04for my eyes I'm going to use Huda Beauty
06:06Wild Chameleon Palette
06:08and I usually like using
06:10orange and the
06:12mustardy shade, it works better for my skin
06:14but I mix the two together
06:26I have another palette which is the Orange Neon
06:28Huda Beauty again
06:30and there's this one shade
06:32that I'm obsessed with
06:34this is Orange Shimmer
06:36it gives me life
06:38and I use it with my finger because
06:40it gives me more life
06:42just pat it
06:44once the eyeshadow is done
06:46I'm just going to use any brown pencil
06:48to just kind of like outline
06:50the lash area
06:52just to make it look a little deeper
06:54and I only do it in the outer corner
06:56so that there's more depth in the outer corner
06:58and my eye gets lifted
07:00I make it sound like I know what I'm doing
07:02and now I'm going to
07:04put my blusher on
07:06it's Patrick Ta
07:08as my blusher says it
07:10it's his favourite blush and I'm not going to lie
07:12I like it too
07:14my eve plan this year is
07:16pretty much do nothing to be honest
07:18because my family is in London
07:20I will still dress up though
07:22okay now I'm going to put highlighter on
07:24if I find my highlighter brush and palette
07:26I have this palette which I've
07:28it's a Tarteist
07:30Pro Glow and it's got like a contour
07:32and everything in it as you can tell
07:34I've touched pan on my highlighter
07:36and I really like it
07:38so now I'm just going to
07:40so my lipstick is called Galactic
07:42I'm not going to show you the lid because
07:44it's all messed up now
07:46but it's a nice light
07:48ish colour
07:54now I'm going to go and get changed
