00:00Hello, in this video, this video is addressed to my twin flame Shaya.
00:07Hi, Shaya.
00:08For those who are watching, I thank you for watching.
00:12In this video, I'm going to be speaking about the Walmart food list, and part of it is because
00:27I want to show you all the ideas I have that we can eat without a fridge or freezer or
00:32without cooking on a stove.
00:35We can microwave food, and we can put things in the toaster oven on top of tinfoil.
00:42However, because I don't have a sink, I don't have a bathroom sink, I don't have a kitchen
00:48sink, and I refuse to do dishes in the bathtub, it's actually not really possible because
00:55of the way the drain is.
00:56It's not like a, I wouldn't, that's not, that's a sanitary issue to do dishes in the bathroom
01:05tub.
01:08So there is a little communal lobby on each floor with a full-sized oven, however, I do
01:18not think that there's a sink in there.
01:21I'm pretty much positive there's no sink.
01:24So I'm going to review these items with you, Chey, and explain how we can eat the items,
01:33and I have some ideas with, I have to kind of explain to you how I eat more and more,
01:43and what we can do to improve the diet, and improve how we eat our food.
01:50So I don't, I don't, I don't see us being able to use the kitchen sink anytime soon,
02:01and so I have not been using the kitchen sink since March 2024, March, April, May, June,
02:10July.
02:11It's been five months of no kitchen sink, and it's been three months no bathroom sink,
02:23and then no dishes.
02:29So pretty much everything is eaten out of, on microwavable plates, paper plates, paper
02:38bowls, plastic utensils.
02:42I do use a paring knife and wash it when I have to slice my potatoes and cut through
02:52some packaging.
02:54So I'm going to go down the list and basically just expand the list like this and just show
03:03you what the items look like, and these are 300 items.
03:10Hopefully we can get through all of them, however I have to make sure, I think I'm going
03:20to show the backup because this would be really annoying if this video stops and I keep listing
03:29off items and you can't see the, even if it's a little blurry, you can get the idea of it.
03:37So this is Lucky Leaf Blackberry filling and topping, so we can make desserts with that.
03:56I had an idea of just eating it with whipped cream, and because we don't have a refrigerator,
04:05I found a powdered heavy cream that we can buy and mix it with water to make the whipped
04:10cream.
04:11This is Simply Peach Pie Filling, I've never had these, and I've never really, I've always
04:21kind of wanted to eat pie, mix things with pie filling and topping.
04:25This is the heavy cream powder that we can get for, to add to food.
04:35This is sour cream powder, this would be good for cooking, for food.
04:48This is canned asparagus, I really like canned asparagus, and in regards to meal ideas, I'm
04:55not going to just list off meal ideas because it's going to be too difficult unless they
05:05have an idea in mind.
05:08This is, I like this brand, I've never tried it, Oregon Brand Dark Sweet Cherries, and
05:17they have, it's in 100% cherry juice, that's what I like, is that they put it in cherry
05:23juice.
05:24I would really like to try this canned fruit, I think it would taste better than the Del
05:32Monte that I usually buy.
05:34So in regards of condiments, we can get like packaged syrups, individually packaged syrups.
05:43I'm not going to do this every time because I'm going to forget, I'm going to forget so
05:48I'll have to redo it and show you the images.
05:51So we can get these little breakfast syrup condiments if we want to, because we can make
05:57pancakes in the toaster oven, and we can make pancakes in the toaster oven because there's
06:04pancake mix that just needs to add water or milk, and in regards to milk we can buy canned
06:10evaporated milk.
06:12Here's French onion soup, anchovies, this is individually packaged little packets of
06:25parmesan cheese.
06:26This is, we don't have to get all of these, but if there's a couple that we like, a couple
06:30of condiments that we like, this is stuffing and I have an idea where we can boil the water
06:36on the stove and then add like just a little serving of stuffing, take out a few scoops
06:45of the stuffing, add the boiling water and just let it cook because you don't need to
06:51cook, you don't really need to cook stuffing and then we can put it in the microwave to
06:57heat it a little bit once we add the boiling water.
07:01This is canned coconut milk, we can add this to our curry paste that we buy, a little jar
07:07of curry paste and at Trader Joe's they have these already cooked and they have at Walmart
07:13already cooked udon noodles.
07:17This actually looks good, I've never seen this before, I haven't been happy with the
07:21chunky Campbell's soups, however, some of them are really good.
07:25The steak and cheese potato soup looks really good, baked potato steak and cheese soup,
07:32that sounds really good.
07:34This is Lipton black tea, I get a lot of nausea from green tea and black tea, probably because
07:40it really works, maybe it's because I have so much bacteria in my body, maybe because
07:48I'm so ill, but once in a while it's very important to have black tea, it's good for
07:54depression and I had some crackers on my second cup of green tea, I had some crackers
08:00in between because I knew I was going to get a little nauseous.
08:03This is the cold brew gallon, but we're not going to worry about that because we're not
08:06going to make gallons of iced tea yet.
08:14This is salsa green verde sauce, so I have an idea.
08:21We can buy canned ground beef or canned chicken, or we can simmer it in the microwave, we can
08:32put in the paper bowl the green salsa with the canned chicken, and then we can buy the
08:39soft tortilla shells and make ourselves some soft tacos, soft-sell tacos.
08:48There's the canned green verde, if we don't want to buy the jar.
08:54There's the canned chicken, four-pack or one can.
09:02Here is, this is a new product, canned purple plums, that sounds really good, and it has
09:10100% plum juice, oh no, this isn't a heavy syrup, heavy syrup.
09:17Here is the mandarin fruit bowls in 100% juice.
09:22I had to throw out the ones from Amazon because they're brown in color, and I still have to
09:28be careful about pantry food especially.
09:31I like to buy low-priced food, and a lot of the low-priced food are near expiration, so
09:37I have to worry about that.
09:39That's why I've been buying less sale-priced food.
09:44Apricot halves in juice, I don't, I don't really like canned peaches, the texture that
09:49much, however, I will still eat it, and they were ripping, ripping my lips apart this morning.
09:56I think I actually have a, a red mark from where it bled, right there.
10:06This is, see this, some of these products is shipping only, a lot of them actually,
10:12like at least 50% of these products are not delivery available, they're to be shipped.
10:16That looks really good, tropical fruit, pineapple, and papaya.
10:21Here is a 12-pack of fruit cups, so when you, when you get here, Shia, we'll be able to
10:25buy more food, however, there's not a lot of storage space, so we're not going to buy
10:31too much at the same time.
10:33Canned mangoes, I've never tried that.
10:36Canned red grapefruit, I've never tried that.
10:39And then canned blueberries and 100% blueberry juice, that sounds really good.
10:45I like the fruit cocktail sometimes, in 100% juice.
10:56Here is, we'll definitely be getting fruit punch juice boxes, and there's, or fruit punch
11:03plastic bottles of fruit punch, fruit box apple juice, or apple juice bottles, and we
11:14can put it in the fridge for like 20 minutes before we drink it if we want it cold, or
11:19put it in the freezer for a few minutes.
11:22Here's taco shells, and I found, we can put canned chicken or canned beef.
11:33Here is the green enchilada sauce and red enchilada sauce.
11:37I've never cooked with enchilada sauce, I'm still waiting to make the enchiladas.
11:46Here is sliced jalapenos, these are kind of hot, and we probably wouldn't eat the whole
11:51can.
11:52Every once in a while it would be good with a Mexican dish.
11:56This is summer sausage, it's shelf stable meat that we can buy, beef sausage.
12:05This is instant cappuccino, I've never tried that.
12:09I've never tried most, a lot of these foods, I'm not, I can't tell you every single food
12:16that I haven't tried, Shia, but 80%, probably, I would say 70-50% of the foods I haven't
12:27tried.
12:28English toffee instant cappuccino mix, that sounds really good, Shia, to try.
12:35Cream of broccoli soup, we can buy this, I would like to have cream of broccoli soup.
12:44This is hot chocolate, I'm extremely picky with hot chocolate because the cheap hot chocolate
12:50I just drink in a second for some reason, it's really addicting, but this Starbucks
12:56hot chocolate might be a good kind where you just want to sip it.
13:02Here is more of those condiments, jelly, jelly packets, mixed fruit and conker grape, this
13:10would be good.
13:13Apple cider vinegar, this is a food product that we should always have on hand to add
13:19to foods and to put in drinks.
13:27So these are really good, wild plant sardines, they're a little expensive, however, it's
13:31good, they're good to eat.
13:33This is the Thai curry paste that we can add to the coconut milk and then we can put mixed
13:39vegetables, we can put canned Asian vegetables in it.
13:45This is one of my favorite seasonings, not to put on everything, however, it has so many
13:51different types of spices and herbs, it has to be really healthy for you.
13:56This is actually a good cereal to eat because it's healthy but it's pretty sweet with the
14:01frost on it.
14:03Shredded wheat, mini shredded wheat, bite size.
14:07Baking soda, we always have baking soda on hand because I like to put bowls of it out
14:12to freshen the air.
14:14I like to put it in the fridge, I like to clean the bath and the toilet bowl with it.
14:21This is olive oil and it's only $6 for 17 ounce which is really good.
14:27I really like the Great Value brand, it's the cheapest.
14:30You can buy so many different foods under that brand for cheaper than anything else.
14:36Stewed tomatoes, canned leaf spinach, I'm very picky with spinach, like I don't like
14:44fresh spinach.
14:45I don't like the taste of fresh spinach because of what it does to my teeth but I like canned
14:51spinach.
14:52It's not the best tasting, this type of spinach, however, it's better than, I don't know.
15:01This is honey to add to our tea and drinks.
15:08Molasses, I've been liking to add molasses to, I have to start taking it more but I was
15:15doing the apple cider vinegar molasses.
15:18These are little cupcake tins, what I need to find is a cupcake tin that will fit the
15:25toaster oven, however, I have a feeling that we're going to need a bigger toaster oven.
15:31However, the toaster oven barely fits, it fits perfectly in the cupboard so we would
15:41have to do measurements.
15:42Toaster ovens are really cheap, that one was $20.
15:45It could be time for just a new toaster oven because it's getting kind of gross.
15:51So I mix some hygiene products in here, but I'm not going to show the hygiene in the cleaning
15:58products.
15:59Sausage pudding, fresh onions, I don't think we can do a ton of things with fresh onions,
16:07however, I think, I can't come up with the reason why we would buy fresh onions right
16:13now.
16:15This is beef bouillon, I wish I could come up with more ideas of using the bouillon.
16:22I always like to buy it and never really use it.
16:24Traditional refried beans, I'm pretty picky with refried beans.
16:29I think we would make it like the real traditional way ourselves when we start cooking on a stove.
16:35However, eating refried beans with like a Mexican dish is very healthy.
16:41Here's the carnation evaporated milk that we can buy when we want to add it to our cooking
16:48and food.
16:50This is baking, baking mixes like cornbread or things like that.
16:57This is market fresh baguette, I like to buy that.
17:02We can cut it up and put it in baggies and eat it over the course of a week.
17:08The Libby's sweet peas, they have no salt added to a lot of their foods.
17:15This one has sea salt, which is nice, they added sea salt.
17:19That's a pretty good brand for cans.
17:21I'm not usually in the mood for baked beans, but it would be nice to eat these with meals
17:26sometimes.
17:27This has the vegetarian because most of the baked beans they add pork to most of the brands.
17:34This was okay, but they're like little fish steaks with green chilies.
17:38I had it once, it's not actually awful because they're like little pieces of fish.
17:46I think I could be able to make it better the next time I try it.
17:51So we can buy these green beans, however, this is a smaller can, it's an 8 ounce, we'll
17:57be able to buy the 16 ounce and split the can of vegetables.
18:01Here's the soft grape value, soft flour tortillas, and those will be able to last us.
18:10Vinegar is something that I always buy for cleaning.
18:15Here's some cleaning products, and to boil in the stove.
18:27So this is tomato sauce, but it's more like a hot, it's more like a salsa.
18:32We could add that, I looked it up in reviews that people add this to a lot of Mexican cooking.
18:39Bubbly salsa, cherry salsa is really good.
18:41I like the new Better Goods brand that they sell at Walmart, the best now.
18:47Nutritional yeast, this is really good for cooking.
18:50I'm no longer eating popcorn though, because I'm going to choke on it the way that they
18:58make me eat it so fast.
19:01I really don't know why I kept buying popcorn knowing that that happens to me.
19:07This is actually really good, this is Snyder's pretzel pieces, buffalo style.
19:12This is good for us shy that we'll drink one of these every single day, the V8 low sodium,
19:18or every other day, or a few times a week at least.
19:21Apple cinnamon oatmeal, I like their oatmeal because it's only $2.
19:26I'm going really fast shy because there's no way I'm going to get through 300 products,
19:30and I know this could be actually really annoying, just that I'm going this fast.
19:38Cinnamon applesauce, also unsweetened is good because applesauce can get really taste to
19:46have too much sugar in it.
19:57Whole wheat saltines, whole wheat saltines are better for us than the regular saltines.
20:05This is russet potatoes, we can buy the potatoes at home fresh, however, if we get them delivered,
20:10they're probably going to get us, they might not be the best.
20:14I'm a little picky with picking out the potatoes because a lot of them look ugly.
20:18This is very good to drink shy, grape juice is really good, it's like there's something
20:23spiritual about the drink.
20:26Salmon pouch, this is like only a dollar for a little bit of salmon, we could make salmon.
20:36This is oreo, vanilla oreo stuff, double stuff.
20:42I can't eat a lot of sweets and desserts, they just bloat me up, like I get huge.
20:48This is a little bit of the hot salsa, canned salsa, condensed tomato soup, I don't think
20:55Campbell's condensed soups are the best, like I've tried better condensed tomato soup, however,
21:02some of the Campbell's condensed soups you can't find in other brands, and I haven't
21:05tried most Campbell's soups, I really like their french onion.
21:09Zebra cakes, I got to be careful with these desserts because they're really, they just
21:16make me really like fat, and I feel like there's some kind of AI involved because everybody
21:21needs a little bit of dessert foods.
21:24This is good, lemony packets that I like to get, it's actually okay, it's not that
21:29great, but because it's sweet and stevia and only a little bit of cane sugar is good.
21:37I'm very picky with the sardines, but this is a good brand for cheap, well I'm very picky
21:42because I have to buy, we have to buy the cheap sardines, actually I don't like spending
21:51over four dollars for a little can of sardines, I think that's ridiculous.
21:55Here is fresh loaf of bread for only a dollar.
21:59Tortilla chips are only $1.98 for the great value brand.
22:05We can have nachos with salsa, I don't usually buy nachos with cheese sauce, but they have
22:11the cheese sauce in the four little cups, so we can have a single serving of it.
22:16These are actually really good, the gold potatoes, the organic gold potatoes, I'm almost
22:23done with the whole bag, no, I'm done with the bag of potatoes, lemon pudding, lime salsa,
22:33I really like the lime salsa.
22:37So I'm on page 9, there's only 20 pages left, no there's 10 pages left, so I'm going, so
22:44we'll be able to get through all of them.
22:47This is really good sardines with hot sauce, not my favorite brand of sardines.
22:54Clam chowder, this has been actually good, I've been eating lately, I don't usually eat
22:58clam chowder.
22:59This is the pack of bottles that we'll get, Cheyenne.
23:03This is a better good salsa brand that I really like.
23:07These are shipping only, but this is what I've been using, this is what I have with
23:11the gravy granules.
23:13I think I have about half of the bottle left, this is onion flavored gravy, that sounds
23:19good.
23:20I really want to eat food more with gravy.
23:26Marshmallow fluff, I think we can buy sliced bread and have marshmallow fluff sandwich.
23:36And in regards to peanut butter, I'm kind of allergic to peanut butter, so we could
23:40try a different type of nut butter.
23:49Vegetable bouillon cubes, I can never find vegetable bouillon cubes.
23:54Green tea, I have the box of this.
23:59This is a nice herbal tea sampler that we can get sometimes.
24:04This is one of my favorite teas, sweet tangerine pasta of energy tea, I've been drinking this
24:10for years, well not regularly, but it's my favorite.
24:16Gives you a really good amount of energy.
24:19Peppermint herbal tea, this would be good for us Cheyenne.
24:22I've been drinking a little bit more peppermint tea lately, I'm almost done the box.
24:28This I don't usually buy pastry, but this cheese danish is really good.
24:36Jello, chocolate pudding, applesauce, this is a pretty good protein drink for like seven
24:50dollars that we could like just have a couple a week.
24:56Mini pretzel twists, chocolate chip chewy bars, cocktail sauce, so we can split the
25:06bottle of cocktail sauce and buy canned shrimp, those little tiny shrimp, chill the cocktail
25:11sauce for a little bit in the shrimp, and then mix it together.
25:17I've been craving that shrimp cocktail for a long time.
25:22Dinner rolls, I really want to eat more dinner rolls with dinner.
25:27Here's the tiny shrimp that we can buy.
25:32Cream of onion, and anything you don't like, we don't have to eat anything.
25:35Cream of onion, I've never tried that, cream of onion, and we can add cream of onion.
25:41So when we make a green bean casserole, we can buy the french fried onions, cans of green
25:46beans, and cream of onion soup, because the cream of mushroom soup, I'm actually becoming
25:51more aware that I'm becoming allergic, more and more allergic to mushrooms.
25:57French fried onions is for the green bean casserole, these are the udon stir fry noodles
26:05that we can buy that are already cooked.
26:08It's really not, it's not easy to cook noodles in the microwave, because you have to like
26:16wash dishes in order to drain out the water, and I don't want to do that.
26:22This is Italian dressing seasoning mix, we can buy these packets and put it in a little
26:31jar or plastic bag, and only use what we need, and add some olive oil, vinegar, and water
26:38to it.
26:39We can buy the gorilla ready made pasta, these soups will be good because we can split it
26:47in half, uh oh, I went back to page one accidentally.
27:09I haven't eaten anything besides some crackers and oatmeal, so I'm getting a little nauseous
27:26from all the tea.
27:30Okay, we're on page eleven, so I was thinking we can buy the ready made pasta, and then
27:45get these kosher dill pickles, slice them, put them in the pasta, and buy the to go mail
27:52packets and make pasta salad, and then we have these dilly bites.
27:58I don't usually eat a lot of pickles, but I like to eat them with pasta salad.
28:04Here's some fresh onions, I don't know what we'd really do with that, we could put it
28:09in the fresh pasta salad.
28:12This is the gorilla ready cooked pasta, and it's not a bad price, two dollars, and it's
28:21already cooked, it doesn't taste good when you eat it from the package, but if you add
28:26a little water to it and microwave it, it tastes very good.
28:30Salsa, we'll be able to buy jarred salsa instead of the little cans and split the jar, or split
28:38the can if it's too much.
28:40Salsa con queso, I never usually buy salsa cheese dip, but it would be nice to have.
28:45Cheddar cheese soup, we can add like canned vegetables to cheddar cheese soup, we can
28:51use cheddar cheese soup as a sauce for vegetables.
28:55This is actually, just cheese toast, but we're pretty good.
29:00This is salsa verde, salsa verde flavor, that would be good to have.
29:08Here's the round tortilla chips, I think I like the round tortilla chips better than
29:11the triangle because they don't cut your mouth.
29:14This is what I was talking about with the nacho cheese sauce, the little four cups.
29:20And I haven't had a lot of nacho cheese sauce in my life, but the more I do the food research,
29:26the more foods I want to try.
29:28This is the milk that we can buy, the individual serving for cereal.
29:35These are the Kellogg's variety cereals, we could put each one of these in a little bowl.
29:41We could just buy a box of cereal, however, I do like the idea of buying these little
29:46variety packs of cereal.
29:50Canned chickpeas, we can put like the salad dressing, do different things with the canned
29:56chickpeas.
29:58Here's the canned beef, the shredded beef that we can make with the tacos.
30:10Corned beef, I've never had corned beef in a can really, but I would like to try.
30:15And we'll definitely be able to buy the canned meats and split it in half.
30:19Roast beef, I've tried this, it's not that great, however, it's better than not having it.
30:26Here's a really good price salmon for $1.80.
30:34Mac and cheese, this is going to be a good serve.
30:37There's Kraft mac and cheese, Great Value mac and cheese, cheese shells, and Velveeta.
30:44It's a small serving, however, it's a good proportion if you have it with a whole meal,
30:49like a vegetable, grain, a dinner roll, mac and cheese, and a meat.
30:58These are really good organic lentils, we can have this, add bouillon, spices, herbs.
31:04I haven't had it with bouillon yet, yeah I have, I've tried to put vegetable bouillon in it.
31:10Lentil soup is a good soup to have.
31:14I've never tried this, seasoned cabbage, that would be good to have canned seasoned cabbage.
31:19It would probably be so cooked down that it won't produce gas.
31:24This is butter powder, I think that we could buy this.
31:28Because I like ghee, I like ghee butter, but sometimes you just want to have butter.
31:35And I thought of buying the individual packs of butter, but I think you have to keep those cold.
31:41But butter powder is what we can get, Shaya, when we want to get more serious about cooking batter
31:49with just microwave boiling water, and no sink, no fridge, no freezer.
31:58Here's another butter powder, there's the ghee butter.
32:07And for baking, we can have the dried whole egg powder,
32:12or we can even make scrambled eggs in a toaster oven with it, have it with toast.
32:20This is egg replacer, so when we want to make brownies,
32:26and we can't put eggs in the fridge, we can get this egg replacer,
32:33put the dried whole eggs in the brownie mix,
32:37and then put the butter replacer or the olive oil, whatever else.
32:41This is yellow cornbread, and you only add milk or water.
32:45And we can add evaporated milk, canned evaporated milk,
32:50because we can't buy milk for the fridge.
32:55It says we're having technical, hold on, page 13.
33:06So this is also, if we don't want to buy the evaporated, we can also get dry whole milk powder.
33:14This would be good for baking and cooking and whatever else we need.
33:19There's sweetened condensed milk.
33:22I haven't done a lot of cooking in my life with a lot of different products,
33:28so I don't really know how to use evaporated milk and condensed milk much.
33:34But we can definitely, we can put in our biscuits, just add milk and buy biscuits.
33:40Biscuit mix.
33:42This is biscuit gravy. I'd like to, I really like southern cooking.
33:47I really like the, I really like the southern cooking.
33:55Pepper gravy.
33:57I didn't eat a lot of southern cooking.
33:59I didn't eat a lot of, a lot of everything.
34:06But I'm going to lose weight as soon as I'm with you, Shai, because
34:10I'm not going to have that, there's a lot of AI cravings that I have.
34:24I don't really, I never really like always had an eating disorder.
34:28I just didn't have an appetite for food.
34:32And it's possibly all the torture that's making me want to eat a lot of food.
34:38Even though I'm not really eating a lot of food.
34:40The stroke and the food poisoning could have really bloated me
34:44and made, has made it really difficult to be thin.
34:49Brown gravy mix.
34:53Here's the smoked salmon pouch.
34:57This is very cheap chunk light tuna.
35:00We can, we have, there's these, only for like three or four dollars,
35:06we have these mayo packets, mayo to go.
35:09I have it in here.
35:11This is actually good mackerel.
35:13It's a very good can of fish.
35:17When we want to have like fish and vegetables and like a grain,
35:21we can buy this mackerel.
35:26Here is some curry sauce that we can add to vegetables or add,
35:33add it to other things.
35:35Here is refried pinto beans.
35:38You'd have to add some spices to this because,
35:42but I like to have refried beans sometimes.
35:45It's healthy.
35:46Here's these Indian food.
35:48Chicken masala.
35:56Butter chicken.
36:01Here's some basmati rice.
36:03Vegetable tiki masala.
36:08Madras lentils.
36:12Here's New England clam chowder.
36:15Chopped clams you can put in pasta or a seafood soup.
36:20Cheddar cheese crackers.
36:22These are a little addicting.
36:24However, I don't usually eat cheeses.
36:27They give me kind of a stomach ache,
36:29but I'm thinking that maybe these cheddar cheese squares,
36:32maybe a gran will hurt my stomach.
36:34Soup and oyster crackers.
36:36I don't usually eat these,
36:37but I think these would be nice with soup.
36:40Club crackers.
36:41I don't usually buy these because they're not that healthy,
36:45I don't think.
36:46However, once in a while, they'd be good.
36:48Also, buttery rounds.
36:49They're not that healthy.
36:50I usually eat the saltines.
36:53Here's the saltines.
36:54However, once in a while,
36:55it's good to have different assortments.
36:58Here's the halamans.
36:59Mayo to go.
37:02And it comes in 10 count for $1.98.
37:1110 count for $1.98.
37:13That's a really good price.
37:15It's regularly $4.99.
37:18These were the individual packets.
37:21Mustard.
37:23So when we need ketchup.
37:25So if we could get an assortment pack.
37:28This is duck sauce.
37:29I really like Chinese food.
37:31I think it would be a good idea to try to eat more Chinese food.
37:36Because I haven't had a lot of Chinese food in my life.
37:39It's going to be nice to make authentic Chinese food,
37:43authentic Mexican food,
37:45authentic Indian food.
37:49These are assortments of salad dressings.
37:53Little assortment packs.
37:56This is a nice assortment pack I found at Walmart
38:00because it gives you mayonnaise,
38:03ketchup,
38:05spicy brown mustard,
38:07mayonnaise,
38:08hot sauce,
38:09ketchup,
38:10and these little chocolate mints.
38:13This is sushi nori that we can have.
38:16We can break it up, cut it up,
38:18and put it in our miso soup.
38:23Canned beef chow mein.
38:27You'd have to ship it.
38:30Bean sprouts.
38:35Sliced water chestnuts
38:39for our Asian cooking.
38:42Bamboo shoots.
38:45We can even buy those individual packets of teriyaki sauce.
38:49Here's the stir-fry Asian vegetables.
38:56This is ramen.
38:57We don't eat that that often.
38:59But once in a while it's good to have.
39:02SpaghettiOs.
39:04Also, it's a pasta.
39:07It's really actually not that bad for you
39:09and it's like a serving of vegetables.
39:12SpaghettiOs with meatballs.
39:14I've...
39:15I wasn't able to...
39:19I wasn't able to eat a lot of foods.
39:22I was on a...
39:24I would be humiliated and turn bright red
39:27any time I walked by SpaghettiOs
39:30for like 12 years.
39:3312 or 15 years.
39:34I'm not kidding.
39:37Canned sweet peas.
39:40Canned lime and beans.
39:41I don't really eat...
39:42I've only eaten lime and beans a couple times
39:44and they're very dry.
39:45So I'm thinking the canned won't be dry.
39:48I've never tried Italian green beans.
39:50This would be nice to try.
39:52I've never tried canned mustard greens.
39:55I think I've maybe made mustard greens
39:57a couple times in my life.
40:00However, they didn't really taste that good
40:02because I didn't cook them enough.
40:05Sweet style corn.
40:07This is good to have.
40:10Collard greens.
40:11I'd like to have more canned greens.
40:15This is nice.
40:16String beans already seasoned
40:18with potatoes.
40:19Diced green chilies
40:20we can put on our nachos.
40:24Whole green corn.
40:25I could tell you
40:27everything that happens
40:28with every kind of food I have.
40:31Like, everything is just
40:33like, not appetizing.
40:37I can't really explain it
40:38right now though.
40:39And I'm not talking about
40:40bad things about food.
40:42Marinara.
40:43We can definitely see
40:44a little bit of that.
40:46Marinara.
40:47We can definitely split
40:49a jar of sauce
40:50for one night.
40:51Three cheese.
40:52That's one of my favorite
40:53types of pasta sauce.
40:55The Flavored Beet Grape Value
40:57is actually a really good
40:58pasta sauce.
40:59I've had that a couple times.
41:00Classic Alfredo.
41:01I don't usually eat Alfredo.
41:03However, I'd like to.
41:06Chipotle sauce.
41:07This would be good with nachos.
41:10And white clam sauce.
41:11I've never boughten that before.
41:13This should taste really good.
41:14We can add extra clams.
41:15This is actually good
41:16for a pasta sauce.
41:17Just to eat on top of pasta.
41:20And this doesn't have
41:21any flavor.
41:22I've tried that.
41:23It doesn't taste good
41:24for pasta sauce.
41:25That would just be
41:26for cooking.
41:28So they have the Barilla.
41:29They have the Pane Pasta
41:30ready cooked.
41:33This is wicked good.
41:34The bagel.
41:35Oh, I'm going to try
41:36these Hawaiian bagels.
41:38We should try these, Shia.
41:41Onion flavored bagels.
41:42I've liked onion flavored
41:43bagels.
41:45Sometimes the texture
41:46of the onions
41:47tastes a little funny.
41:48But I really like
41:49the onion flavored.
41:50Chocolate filled croissants.
41:51I've had this once
41:52and it was really good.
41:55These are the double cheese
41:56bagels that are
41:57really, really good.
41:59I had one every
42:00single morning last week.
42:02All butter croissants.
42:04This would be nice
42:05to have like
42:06with a cup of coffee.
42:09Crawler donuts.
42:10These are like
42:11one of my favorite
42:12types of donuts.
42:13But I don't think
42:14these crawlers
42:15would taste the same
42:16as the ones I used
42:17to have
42:18like in childhood.
42:24But
42:25I don't usually
42:26eat donuts in general
42:27because they make me
42:28not feel that well.
42:29These are whole croissants.
42:31We can make
42:34salad sandwiches.
42:36Tuna croissant sandwich
42:37which is to have
42:38the croissant for breakfast.
42:40I don't usually eat
42:41bakery pastries at Walmart.
42:43But these cinnamon rolls
42:44look really good.
42:47English muffins would be
42:48good to have
42:49for breakfast.
42:52Chocolate drizzled
42:53croissants.
42:54I've never tried
42:55and it looks good.
42:57This would be good
42:58for breakfast.
42:59Cinnamon bread.
43:00I don't really like
43:01the cinnamon raisin bread
43:02but I think cinnamon bread
43:03would be really good
43:04and this is a good
43:05brand, Cinnabon.
43:07They also have
43:08a cinnamon,
43:09Pepperidge Farm
43:10has a cinnamon swirl
43:11bread without the raisins.
43:13Flour tortillas.
43:17Oatmeal.
43:24Pepperidge Farm
43:25hearty white bread.
43:26I'm pretty picky
43:27with white bread.
43:29I was buying some
43:30really cheap loaves
43:31and it was really gross
43:32to me out.
43:34I like sourdough
43:35sliced bread.
43:37This looks like
43:38a good bread though.
43:39This hearty white bread.
43:43So they have
43:45packets of
43:46long grain
43:47wild rice,
43:49jasmine rice
43:52and fried rice.
43:58They have the
43:59cups of rice
44:02microwavable
44:04microwavable
44:06cups of brown rice
44:08and the jasmine rice
44:09Here's the miso soup
44:12that we can have
44:13and add seaweed to it.
44:15There's a tofu miso soup
44:18canned sliced carrots
44:21These are
44:22I've never tried
44:23these triple cheese
44:24potato shreds
44:26which sounds good
44:27we could have those
44:28for breakfast
44:29potato shreds
44:30microwavable
44:32and then
44:33they have
44:34a whole bunch
44:35of different
44:36vegetables
44:37microwavable
44:40These are mashed potatoes
44:43instant
44:45microwavable
44:48Two more pages
44:49Chaya
44:51Canned
44:52whole potatoes
44:54This would be
44:55good to have

45:01actually I never used
45:02to eat canned potatoes

45:40with some of that chicken
45:41they add
45:43they add the other
45:44types of meat to it
45:46I've never tried this
45:47but this looks really good
45:48Caramel beef and chili sauce
45:50tamales
45:53Chicken being a sausage

46:00eat any types of
46:02frankfurters
46:03or sausage
46:04cut them up
46:05I don't know
46:06because it's
46:07one of the choking
46:08hazards
46:09on the internet
46:10I saw that
46:11people choke
46:12and die on
46:13popcorn
46:14and frankfurters
46:15and peanut butter
46:16some of the
46:17top foods

46:34Corned beef
46:35I've never tried
46:36corned beef
46:37in a can
46:38but this would be
46:39good for a meal
46:40Organic shredded beef
46:41this doesn't
46:42really
46:43this
46:44this looks really good
46:45but it's only
46:46three ounces
46:48for five dollars
46:49so it would be
46:50like
46:51it wouldn't be
46:52something that we
46:53buy all the time
46:58This is
46:59canned turkey
47:00I've never tried
47:01canned turkey

47:08I don't eat it
47:09that often now
47:11I never really had it
47:12only a few times
47:13in my life
47:14but I like it
47:15when I buy it
47:17That was also
47:18another
47:19humiliating food
47:20where I'd have to
47:21I'd like
47:22start
47:23I would be forced
47:24to start
47:25blushing
47:26if I
47:27thought of wanting
47:28to eat it
47:29and would have to
47:30quickly run by
47:32the aisle
47:33or
47:34walk
47:35past it
47:36We can have
47:37Spam turkey
47:38Cheyenne
47:40Oven roasted
47:41Spam turkey
47:42This is actually
47:43a good
47:44tuna
47:45in olive oil
47:47and it's a pretty
47:48good price
47:49two thirty six
47:51for
47:52for tuna
47:53in olive oil
47:54it's a good price

48:02that you can buy
48:03in Cheyenne

48:10so it's like
48:11a single serving
48:12for both of us
48:15This is dry beef
48:16We'd have to
48:17eat the whole jar though
48:18because it's
48:19you'd have to
48:20refrigerate it
48:21once you open it
48:22but this might be
48:23good with crackers
48:24and shelf stable
48:25cheese

48:59like drinking coffee
49:00with cream
49:01the combination
49:02is bad
49:03however
49:04once in a while

49:06it's good for cooking
49:07French vanilla
49:08coffee carry
49:09this is a good
49:10coffee brand
49:12you know
49:17I accidentally
49:18would click

49:20versus clicking
49:21the
49:23favoriting
49:24the
49:25putting it on my list
49:26so there could be
49:27a few items
49:28that I didn't talk about
49:31that were not
49:32on the list
49:33however
49:34that's everything

51:00with gravy
51:01that would be
51:02nice to have

51:04I've never really
51:05had biscuits

51:07for breakfast
51:08for
51:13macaroni salad
51:14we can buy

52:09if you want
52:10to start
52:11eating chicken
52:12canned fruit
52:13and then we
52:14can get the
52:15powdered whipped
52:16cream
52:17and then add
52:18whipping cream
52:19to canned
52:20fruit
52:25chili
52:26cornbread
52:27or biscuits
52:28with the chili
52:29so those are
52:30some ideas
52:31that I have
52:32and
52:33basically
52:34what I should have
52:35done was
52:36I should have
52:37made notebooks
52:38and
52:39created
52:40notebooks
52:41specifically
52:42for meal plans
52:43and then
52:44other
52:45and then
52:46notebooks
52:47specifically
52:48for
52:49just
52:50recipe titles
52:51and food products
52:52however
52:53I mixed them
52:54all together
52:55and
52:56I
52:57I'm making this
52:58video today
52:59to show you that
53:00I'm gonna need
53:01your help
53:02with the food
53:03it's a
53:04problem
53:05because of all
53:06the food research
53:07I'm extremely
53:08overwhelmed
53:09and
53:10it's very hard
53:11for me to
53:12pick out meals
53:13and
53:14make a meal
53:15a proper meal
53:16with all the
53:17different foods
53:18I typically
53:19when I eat food
53:20it's just one or
53:21two items
53:22and I want us
53:23to have
53:24breakfasts and
53:25suppers
53:26and even
53:27the way I
53:28have
53:29we have to eat
53:30with no fridge
53:31and freezer
53:32no kitchen sink
53:33and only boiling
53:34hot water
53:35microwave
53:36and no
53:37able to do dishes
53:38I still want to
53:39eat well with you
53:40so this is
53:41the start of
53:42the research
53:43Shia
53:44to make sure
53:45that when we
53:46when you get here
53:47we can eat well
53:48and even better
53:49than I've been eating
53:50so I'm gonna talk
53:51about you now
53:52Shia
53:53so we've had
53:54a lot of
53:55misfortune
53:56Shia
53:57but
53:58it's gonna
53:59change
54:00we've had
54:01a lot of
54:02misfortune
54:03and you're
54:04in shock
54:05Shia
54:06you're
54:07overwhelmed
54:08I know
54:09these videos
54:10can be pretty
54:11overwhelming
54:12because I'm
54:13throwing a ton
54:14of information
54:15I'm writing
54:16down notes
54:17all day long
54:18typically
54:19I'm writing
54:20down notes
54:21all day long
54:22typically
54:23well
54:24not all day long
54:25but
54:26it feels like
54:27it feels like
54:28I
54:29I write down notes
54:30a lot
54:31I don't have
54:32a lot of time
54:33to be able to
54:34write it down
54:35so
54:36like I always
54:37feel rushed
54:38but
54:39with the
54:40amount of research
54:41and the things
54:42that I tell you
54:43I know that these
54:44videos can be
54:45overwhelming
54:46however
54:47I don't know
54:48where I was
54:49going with that
54:50Shia
54:51but
54:52you're
54:53chronically
54:54stressed
54:55so
54:56you need to
54:57start
54:58relaxing
54:59I've gotten
55:00a little bit
55:01of relief
55:02with the torture
55:03not a lot
55:04not completely
55:05but I've definitely
55:06gotten some relief
55:07from the torture
55:08this past week
55:09hopefully
55:10it continues
55:11I'm not
55:12I'm not
55:13going to
55:14I'm not
55:15going to be
55:16shocked
55:17if I start
55:18getting tortured
55:19extreme
55:20again
55:21I'm not
55:22going to be
55:23shocked about it
55:24so
55:25you
55:26you do
55:27worry a lot
55:28Shia
55:29and
55:30oh
55:31it's
55:3220%
55:33left
55:34with the
55:35battery
55:36I already
55:37just recently
55:38talked about this
55:39you have
55:40psychological
55:41despair
55:42like me
55:43Shia
55:44I was
55:45watching the
55:46fully involved
55:47house
55:48fires
55:49again
55:50it's not
55:51as relaxing
55:52because what
55:53I'm noticing
55:54is
55:55I
55:56just
55:57like
55:58when you
55:59watch the
56:00fully involved
56:01houses
56:02the fires
56:03are just
56:04on flames
56:05and they
56:06it's like
56:07for 20
56:08minutes
56:09well not
56:1020 minutes
56:11but
56:12I like
56:13watching
56:14them
56:15and
56:16it really
56:17does help me
56:18connect with
56:19my pain
56:20of
56:21the loss
56:22of my life
56:23that has been
56:24ruined for
56:2538 years
56:26and all of the
56:27but it also
56:28is like a clearing
56:29like trying to
56:30burn away
56:31all of the pain
56:32and torture
56:33that occurred
56:34in my life
56:35so I'm going to
56:36continue with
56:37watching the fires
56:38um
56:39and
56:40wilderness
56:41fires
56:43um
56:44but
56:45Shari
56:46I know that
56:47you feel
56:48abandoned
56:49however
56:50I'm watching
56:51your video
56:52all day long
56:53on repeat
56:54so like
56:55you're here
56:56and
56:57all of your
56:58energy is coming
56:59into the room
57:00and it's
57:01my life
57:02is definitely
57:03improved
57:04a lot
57:05I
57:06I'm very
57:07very sad
57:08that it took
57:09two and a half
57:10years for me
57:11to figure that
57:12out
57:13and I'm so
57:14sorry
57:15that I
57:16could not
57:17come up
57:18with
57:19thinking
57:20that I
57:21could do
57:22that
57:23there's
57:24absolutely
57:25no way
57:26um
57:27but Shari
57:28like
57:29we're both
57:30smart
57:31and
57:32I know
57:33that you're
57:34like me
57:35like
57:36we have
57:37different
57:38types
57:39of
57:40intelligence
57:41you're very
57:42intelligent
57:43and you love
57:44to learn
57:45like me
57:46and you have
57:47a lot of
57:48agility
57:49and grace
57:50and you
57:51have a
57:52peaceful
57:53smooth
57:54demeanor
57:55and you
57:56have a
57:57seriousness
57:58like me
57:59cause
58:00part of
58:01the reason
58:02why I never
58:03smiled
58:04my whole
58:05life
58:06is because
58:07when you
58:08torture
58:0924 7
58:10I have
58:11I know
58:12that you're
58:13suffering
58:14Shari
58:15like me
58:16so I'm
58:17going to
58:18stop
58:19talking about
58:20you now
58:21and stop
58:22the video
58:23and
58:24I might
58:25not
58:26I might
58:27not
58:28review these
58:29videos
58:30because
58:31I don't
58:32think I'm
58:33going to
58:34review these
58:35videos
58:36I'm too
58:37tired
58:38and
58:39I really
58:40have to
58:41recite the
58:42Quran
58:43so
58:44because
58:45for some
58:46reason I
58:47really believe
58:48reciting the
58:49Quran is
58:50working
58:51a lot
58:52and
58:53I have to
58:54make sure I
58:55have time for
58:56that and
58:57I would
58:58prefer
58:59I like
59:00I want to

59:05that
59:06I want to
