00:00A lot of people were surprised when Bimbi and Joshua Aquino visited the First Lady yesterday. Can you tell us more about the nature of the visit and the relations between the Marcos and Aquino families post-edition?
00:30I think it was Chris Aquino who needed some assistance for something. But what the reports did not say is that Lisa is their aunt. Dahil ang kanyang auntie ay napangasawa si Don Pepena, the eldest brother of Cory.
00:51So they are related. Kaya hindi naman nakapagtaka. Kilalang-kilalang niya yung mga pamangkin niya very well. So they came at nagbiyahin sila, bumalik, may dalang pasalubong. Yun lang, yun lang. Dinalang nila yung pasalubong ni First Lady.
01:10Sir, follow-up, ano po yung assistance na hindi hindi Chris Aquino from the Marcos administration?
01:15Wala nang, it's just, I think it was just to help them for their travel, for their travel arrangements. So tumulong si First Lady at, yun lang. Sabi nang magpapasalamat sila.
01:29So I think it was a very fine gesture on the part of the Aquino family. I think it was, it sort of I suppose put a little more, how do you say, personal, human interaction between our families.
01:51Would you say the feud between the two families are okay na?
01:54Well, we've always been okay, we just don't agree politically.
