00:12been charred, several rails across. Apparently someone from Dartford Council has come to
00:20try and open it, you cannot, the lock is completely and utterly charred. So, you know, what is
00:27it about this antisocial behaviour that is so persistent and continuous? You know, what
00:32can we try and do as a community? Residents cannot do any more to offer data and information
00:37to the council, whether it be Dartford or Kent. We really need a multi-agency, collaborative
00:44approach to solving this and hopefully we can do that soon.
