Protest outside West Sussex school

NEU held a protest outside Burgess Hill Academy today following a simlar protest in Hastings recently.

00:00This has been an unbelievable dispute in the EU.

00:03Our membership has grown, our organisation has grown,

00:06and whatever happens at the end of this dispute,

00:09whether we are still a part of EUBAT or if anything else takes place,

00:12the main thing is that collectively we are stronger and that's not going anywhere.

00:17So we're in a position now to make sure that whether we're talking about pay,

00:20whether we're talking about our terms and conditions,

00:23whether we're talking about school funding,

00:25we can stand together to make sure that children,

00:28particularly children in some of the most deprived parts of the country,

00:32get the kind of funding levels that they deserve.
