00:00The Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines, or CBCP,

00:05of Oratio Imperata was held in front of the tension in the West Philippine Sea.

00:09According to CBCP President and Vice-Bishop Pablo Virgilio David,

00:14it was held on July 25,

00:17at the same time as the feast of St. James

00:20and the worship of all the Catholic Churches

00:23until January 1, 2025,

00:26or World Day of Peace.

00:29The Bishops added that instead of a position,

00:32their worship is the best thing to do

00:35so that the tension in the talks will not increase.

01:00that were traumatized by the Second World War.

01:03And so we really have not just to work for peace,

01:06but to pray for peace.
