00:20heavy heart that we must inform you that Alex known to

00:23many as Pretty Pastel Please has passed away. The post which

00:27notes that Alex passed in June continues. Her passing was

00:32sudden, unexpected, and devastating to all who knew

00:35her. This is a shock to us all and her family and friends have

00:39requested privacy as they navigate their grief. We would

00:42ask that you respect their wishes. They appreciate all

00:46your support but need time to heal in private. The statement

00:50concludes. A memorial will be posted on YouTube and here on

00:53Instagram in due course. Thank you for your understanding in

00:57this difficult time. Shared along with the heartbreaking

01:07channels. No further details about her passing have been

01:10shared publicly. Over the years, Alex who started posting

01:15on YouTube in December 2017 amassed nearly 700 thousand

01:19followers on the platform. With her bio noting her content

01:23included fashion hauls, product reviews, thrift shopping,

01:26travel content, and a talking parrot. However, the YouTuber

01:30revealed parts of her personal life with subscribers as well

01:34including plastic surgery procedures, moving across the

01:37country, as well as going through a divorce and it

01:40appears Alex's willingness to share the ups and downs of her

01:43life online is what connected her to so many. With fellow

01:47YouTuber Marlena Stell taking to the comments section of the

01:50In Memoriam post to pay tribute to Alex writing, I am so

01:55devastated to see this. Been following Alex for many years

01:59and she was so genuine and kind. She had a pure heart. Rest

02:04in peace Alex. You will very much be missed. Thank you for

02:08being so brave and sharing your real life these last several

02:11years. You helped others more than you know. Alexandra was

02:16thirty years old.
