00:20What's your reaction to what appears to be pretty strong evidence today that Joe Biden
00:24is not going anywhere?
00:29I think it's it's great.
00:31I'll echo my client and President Trump sentiments.
00:35If America wants more open borders, more fentanyl pouring through terrorists and the such, and
00:41they want to make China great again, then I think this is your guy.
00:44He's obviously doubling down.
00:46We've heard that his son is sitting in on Oval Office meetings, Martha, which is concerning
00:50in itself.
00:52The person who has no role in the White House and has no business being there.
00:55But I think it says it all.
00:57President Biden is doubling down.
00:59Why?
01:00Because he's got an agenda and the agenda is not the American people.
01:03It's very, very obvious to everybody.
01:05He is clearly on the take for all of these items, electric cars, China, whatever it is
01:11and whoever it is that he may be in bed with and have deals with.
01:14And they got to pay the big guy.
01:15So the big guy can't step down.
01:17So we're in the situation as Americans where we have to make a choice and we have to vote
01:20in November loud and clear so they can't steal it.
01:23We can't have cheating and we need a fair and free election.
01:25And hopefully in November, everybody will come out, do their part, and we'll get President
01:29Trump back in.
01:30Well, there'll be a number of opportunities between these two candidates, including the
01:35debate I just mentioned in September to address some of the issues that you have just raised.
01:39With regard to an event that was supposed to happen this week, which was the sentencing
01:44of the former president in the New York case, in the so-called Stormy Daniels hush money
01:49case.
01:50Let's put this polling up.
01:51Should Trump serve time in prison for his felony conviction?
01:55It looks like Americans are very split on this.
01:57Having watched that story play out, Alina, should serve time in prison, 48 percent, should
02:03not serve time in prison, 50 percent.
02:05And the numbers are somewhat similar when they ask the same question about Hunter Biden.
02:10So what's your reaction to that as someone who supports him and as someone who was involved
02:15in his defense?
02:18The fact that we even went through this trial is wrong.
02:20So I think people that have the public perspective or the media's perspective from those
02:25sitting in the courtroom is very different than my perspective.
02:28And unfortunately, given privilege, I can't discuss the details, but I can say this.
02:33President Trump never did anything wrong.
02:35This is the regime's attack for election interference.
02:38It's very simple.
02:39So yes, criminals, real criminals who have done crimes, who have fair and free trials.
02:45Those are the people such as Hunter Biden who need to face repercussions for their actions.
02:50Now, people that are the subject and victims of political persecution and prosecution,
02:55they have no business doing this.
02:57They have wasted taxpayer dollars for three years.
03:00Martha, I have been in and out of courts, as everybody knows.
03:03And the fact that President Trump's lawyer has become well-known says it all.
03:07This is not something that has ever happened.
03:09President Trump had never had anything like this against him before.
03:13But when they knew they were losing, this is what they did.
03:15So now, of course, the people you ask that want to jail him because they've seen Biden's
03:19performance in the debate, they of course want to jail him because they can't win without
03:24doing so.
03:25But the real Americans, the ones that see through this nonsense, they won't have it.
03:29We'll see what happens in September.
03:31And obviously, we'll talk about it between now and then.
03:34But that sentencing is now off the table until after both conventions.
03:39And we'll see what happens when September rolls around.
