00:00Just kind of put in a base understanding of our principles and, you know, who we are and how we do things.
00:07And just like, instilling the fact that we just want to continue to win in habits and the culture that we have here.
00:13So, just kind of getting freshened up on, you know, how we are as badgers.
00:17How important is it to establish that base with Rookie Electric, Electricity, kind of this first exposure to working with the team online?
00:25Very important. I think once you put in your base foundation of understanding, then it's easy to build from there.
00:30Like, we don't want to miss step steps and miss situations.
00:33So, putting that base foundation of who we are and how we do things is important.
00:38What does that say about his playing practice?
00:41I think he's a very good player. I think he's very smart.
00:45And he's willing to adjust to whatever's going on.
00:49And I think he's going to be very good.
00:52What's been the biggest development you've seen this off-season, though, from both A.B. and Chad?
00:57So far, just more communication. Using their voice more and being willing to help others.
01:03And because they're getting a better understanding of the system and how things run.
01:07So, they're taking steps forward in leadership, which is important.
01:11How important is that experience? They've been through some of it before.
01:14How much importance is that experience in just making them comfortable and what's being expected of them?
01:20It's big. It's big. Because now you know what's coming forward. You know what's ahead of you.
01:24And you can also share with the younger guys that are trying to make it as well.
01:28So, it's a good opportunity for them to have an understanding of what's coming.
01:33But also how they can prepare themselves for it as well.
