Luke Shaw says he is fit for Netherlands game

England's Luke Shaw says he is fit and ready for the team's Euros semi-final game against the Netherlands on Wednesday. Shaw came on in the final minutes of the quarter-final game against Switzerland having battled to regain fitness from an injury in February.
