Boeing Accepts Plea Deal in Criminal Fraud Case

Boeing has accepted a plea deal in a criminal fraud case related to two crashes of its 737 Max jetliner that killed 346 people. The company must pay a fine of around US$250 million, in addition to a settlement it paid in 2021 and also invest over US$450 million in safety and compliance programs.
