20:32And a lot of people who have such a vision,
20:36they are praying that Umar-e-Siddiq should be given a second life.
20:40A second Khalifa, a second Umar-e-Siddiq.
20:41Yes, without a doubt.
20:43And we all have to think about what qualities those people had.
20:47Every person, if Khilafat and government,
20:49on one hand, we have to look at our character and our actions.
20:52Hazrat Saad bin Abi Waqas says,
20:55Umar is the one who has the most unselfishness in the world.
21:01He has nothing to do with the world.
21:03When the world leaves your heart,
21:05then you see the character of Umar.
21:09When you came, you accepted Islam at the age of 96.
21:14Righteousness, courage, bravery are among your qualities.
21:19And when you were brought up in the arms of the Prophet,
21:25you are in the shade of respect and humility.
21:29When you see that picture,
21:30you feel light as a feather.
21:33When you are in the shade of truth and falsehood,
21:35you feel like a storm.
21:37So, exactly, Hazrat Umar-e-Siddiq,
21:40you can see him in all his qualities.
21:42On the one hand, he has a soft heart,
21:44he is gentle, and he has this attitude.
21:47You keep asking Hazrat Salman Farsi everywhere,
21:51is there any hypocrisy in me?
21:55Did I do anything wrong?
21:58How did the Prophet see Hazrat Salman Farsi?
22:01Even the clothes he wore on his feet
22:03ruled over 2.2 million square miles.
22:06And at the time of Shahan,

23:19that he loved the Prophet of Allah more than you,
23:23and his father was more beloved to him than your father.

28:32When you started your tenure in Khilafat,
28:35you made three things the basis.
28:39First, the Quran.
28:41All the laws, all the rules, all the constitutions,
28:44you derived from the Quran.
28:46If there was no issue with the Quran,
28:47you adopted the Sunnah of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.
28:51And third, the companionship of the companions.
28:54That is, you gave them the democratic system that you used to work with the companions.
28:57You used to keep the companions' companionship and advice with you.
29:02On the basis of these three things, you established your system.
29:06Then, you are the Khalifa of the Muslims,
29:08so you proved yourself to be the slave of the people.
29:12That is, you proved it with your actions,
29:14that no doubt I am your leader,
29:15no doubt I am your ruler,
29:17but in reality, my job is to serve you.
29:20If we look at Hazrat Umar Farooq's tenure,
29:23if we make three points,
29:26the first is the conquests.
29:27You expanded the borders of the religion of Islam and the state of Madinah
29:33by more than 22 square miles.
29:37And historians have written that
29:38300 square miles were conquered daily during the reign of Hazrat Umar Farooq.
29:44It is not only that you expanded the borders of the religion of Islam and the state of Madinah,
29:49when you expanded it, you had to establish a system in it.
29:52You had to organize them,
29:54you had to organize them,
29:55you had to establish them,
29:57you had to establish a system of training in it.
29:59You had to make institutions in it that would have control.
30:02If we expand the borders but there is no control over them,
30:06then the system of the religion of Islam cannot be implemented.

30:09So, you established institutions to establish the system on those borders.
30:14You made an institution of the army,
30:15you made an institution of the police,
30:17you made an institution of the Bait-ul-Maal.
30:18You established mosques and madaris to train people.
30:21You built a canal.

30:23You did all these things.
30:25You made the Bait-ul-Maal.
30:26And not only did you make all these things,
30:28but you also established good jobs for the people who were appointed.
30:32Yes.
30:33Along with that, when we see this system…
30:35It is very important to have a good salary, sister.
30:37It is very important.
30:38Because when you have a good salary,
30:40that is, when you have a good income…
30:41In the police department, in other departments,
30:43from where you think that corruption can happen,
30:46their salaries should be good with strength, right?
30:49Absolutely.
30:49In every department.
30:50It is like this that when you sit in an institution,
30:52you have to give it all the time.
30:55You can give all the time and attention when you have your own good things.
31:00If you don't have that, then your attention will be on that side and on this side.
31:04So, Hazrat Mirza Farooq-ud-Din-e-Atal,
31:05not only did he make an institution of the police,
31:07he made an institution of the army,
31:08and he established other institutions.
31:10He appointed a judge.
31:11It is like this.
31:11Everyone has a good salary.
31:12You managed everyone well.
31:14That is why you did all this work so that they can implement this system
31:19and get better control.
31:20After that, if you look at the other side,
31:23this is a broad view, right?
31:25You have established a system.
31:26He is the Caliphate of Muslims.
31:27But your character is also the same.
31:30Now you see, you are the Caliphate of Muslims.
31:33You are the Ameer-ul-Mumineen.
31:34You are the ruler of time.
31:35If we compare our current ruler,
31:38Hazrat Mirza Farooq-ud-Din-e-Atal,
31:39your simplicity, your dignity,
31:42your self-confidence,
31:43your accountability,
31:46your fear of God,
31:50your answer to how you will answer to God in the hereafter,
31:57all these qualities are present in your character.
31:59If you look at your simplicity,
32:01that is Hazrat Mirza Farooq-ud-Din-e-Atal.
32:03If you write the river Nile as Rukka,
32:06it is empty.
32:08The river starts flowing.
32:10It starts flowing with six times more water
32:12which has not stopped till today.
32:14This is your character.
32:14SubhanAllah.
32:15Hazrat Mirza Farooq-ud-Din-e-Atal,
32:16the one who sits on the mosque's platform
32:18and calls out,
32:21and Hazrat Sariya listens to your voice there
32:24and we are successfully on the other side.
32:26Hazrat Mirza Farooq-ud-Din-e-Atal,
32:28the one who, if he hits the ground,
32:30the ground will stop.
32:32But what is the status of his simplicity?
32:34When the ambassador of Dighar-e-Mamali comes,
32:37this is your spiritual strength,
32:38your simplicity.
32:39When the ambassadors of Dighar-e-Mamali come to you
32:41to meet you,
32:42they are looking for you
32:43that where is your Ameer-ul-Mu'mineen?

34:28take me to Jannatul Baqi.

34:32about the list of hypocrites.
34:34When there was a funeral
34:36of a hypocrite,
