The Supreme Court is currently hearing petitions concerning alleged irregularities in the NEET UG 2024 administration. Students are demanding a re-examination, citing various issues with the original test. Some have expressed frustration over the delayed hearing process. The case, being heard on July 8, involves multiple petitions challenging the National Testing Agency's conduct of the medical entrance exam.

00:00Is this country only for rich and powerful people?
00:04There is an accident in Pune, there is a hearing on Sunday.
00:08To stop the hangings of terrorists, the Supreme Court is standing in the queue since two months.
00:1224 lakh children are being hanged in the future, no one is going to listen.
00:15We want the decision to be in favour of re-need.
00:21We want re-need to happen again.
00:23Any deserving candidate will be exposed and those who don't deserve it will at least be exposed.
00:32The main culprits will be caught.
00:34Why did the number of intelligent children increase suddenly?
00:35Everyone becomes intelligent.
00:37And from 520 to 620, only 78% have increased.
00:41So how can we say that the paper leak is localised?
00:43So much rank inflation, and that too between 620 to 720,
00:48coming in the same slot is wrong, it is wrong.
00:54We want the decision to be in favour of re-need.
01:00Or any alternative that will allow the children who are deserving candidates to get selected and get a college.
01:08Only deserving candidates are not above 660.
01:12The children who have come with numbers from 620 to 650, they also lie in the category of deserving candidates.
01:18And if we talk about NTA and the government,
01:22they have just said that the incident has happened in isolated centres.
01:29And the marks of those people have not come so much that they can get a college.
01:34So how do we know this?
01:36We don't have transparency about anything.
01:38We just have to believe what they are saying.
01:41On top of that, if the cases of Godhra and Patna have been leaked,
01:45then how can we believe that in such a modern time,
01:48the paper would not have reached anyone else, it would only have been limited to those people.
01:52When in 2015, the paper was made again due to 44 children,
01:57then why can't it be done now, when so much mass has leaked?
01:59Only because the result has come.
02:01That is, the exam was taken twice.
02:03That is their way, that they want the exam to not be done again on a large scale.
02:09Because a lot of people have bought seats for 30 lakhs, 40 lakhs.
02:12So now they will not want the exam to be done again.
02:15So we want the renewal to happen again.
02:17With this, any child, any deserving candidate will come forward.
02:22And all the people who do not deserve it, at least they will be able to find out about them.
02:25The main culprits will be caught.
02:27Now we have come in front of the Supreme Court, so we think that the decision will be on our side.
02:32But before that, I have a question from the Ministry of Education.
02:35Like you are saying that the paper leak is localized.
02:38So suddenly, as you see, from 2021 to 2022, from 665 to 720, the number of children has increased by 11%.
02:44From 22 to 23, it has increased by 21%.
02:47And this year it has increased by 400%.
02:49Why have intelligent children increased suddenly?
02:51Everyone becomes intelligent.
02:53And from 520 to 620, only 78% have increased.
02:56So how can we say that the paper leak is localized?
02:59And then you use a word, alleged.
03:01When there are all the proofs, forensic reports,
03:04then how can you say that this has not been fully proven yet?
03:08The paper leak is proven.
03:10And if you see, like you take some other alternative, you get a partial reneat,
03:15then how will those children come forward who already had the paper?
03:19And if you get a revaluation, those who already had the paper,
03:22those who have OMR filled by teachers at the center,
03:25those children will get the same marks no matter how many times they check the paper.
03:30So there is no other solution to this.
03:32There should be a reneat, everyone should have it, it should happen again.
03:35This is how the culprits will come forward.
03:37Today 38 petitions have been filed for the reneat.
03:40And we are hoping for this because the paper leak has happened before.
03:46It happened in 2015, it happened in 2003.
03:48And whenever it has been brought in the notice of the Supreme Court,
03:51then the Supreme Court has always supported the reneat or re-examination.
03:58It has always given judgment for it.
04:00And those who say no reneat, that we did not work hard, we did not do this.
04:05So everyone has worked hard.
04:07All the children you see here, all the children who are telling you this news,
04:11they have all worked hard, 630, 620, they have all worked hard.
04:15Still they do not get a college due to this rank inflation.
04:19And this is called revaluation.
04:21So those who have already scored so well,
04:25if they pick up our sheet again, they will still get all the circles,
04:28their marking will be correct.
04:30So there is no way to differentiate between them.
04:35So that is why we want that such a high rank inflation,
04:39that too between 620 to 720,
04:42to come only in that slot,
04:44this is completely wrong,
04:47this is completely wrong.
04:50That is why we want a reneat.
04:52And we hope that if not today,
04:54then in the next hearing, we will definitely get a decision in our favor.
04:57My daughter has scored 642.
04:59And today she is in this condition that she is not getting a good seat in any respectable government college.
05:05The reason for this is only the children who have come from farming.
05:09Where we expected the rank of the child to be between 9,000 to 10,000,
05:12today the rank of those children increases by 4 times.
05:15So did it increase overnight like this?
05:17Did so many children come in between?
05:19So whenever this has happened in this situation,
05:21only the last hope goes to our Supreme Court.
05:24And even today we have come with the hope that
05:26the Supreme Court will cancel this paper by looking at the whole matter in detail.
05:31And will give the children another chance,
05:33so that the children who have come in between,
05:35they all get separated and the deserving candidates get their seats.
05:39If you take the opinion of Delhi,
05:41then the state cut-off here had always come.
05:43So the state cut-off had come here before too.
05:45Now the children who are missing from 10-15 numbers,
05:47they should be renewed.
05:48Now the cut-off work of the rest of the states,
05:50the college they are getting, no one will think about them.
05:52Here we should take a lot of consideration,
05:54how much NTA is accountable.
05:55The number they have told, the number of 1,500 children from Grace,
05:59is it correct or not?
06:00We did not question this.
06:01And renewal is not a solution.
06:03So many children are working hard,
06:05who are taking 2-3 drops and are getting numbers like this.
06:07They cannot go back with the same mental trauma.
06:10Their mental peace gets spoilt again.
06:12They have to start again from the beginning.
06:15So according to me, renewal is not a solution.
06:17We should be against it.
06:19We should accept it.
06:21And NTA should be more accountable for everything.
