00:00The Prime Minister has come to Scotland within a couple of days of becoming
00:03Prime Minister and I very much welcome that engagement and that
00:08conversation. And between us we've committed to improving the relationship
00:12between the Scottish and the United Kingdom governments. My experience over
00:16the last five years is that's been very poor. I think the UK government has been
00:21a really difficult government to engage with and I do hope that Keir Starmer in
00:25providing the leadership and by volunteering to reset the relationship
00:29between the Scottish Government and the United Kingdom Government is able to
00:32fulfill that commitment.
