00:00Hello, everyone. Today I'll be trying the Frost Overs Frost Steins, and this is a President's
00:09Choice product, and they have different flavors than just these ones. But you can eat these
00:15cold, as well as they have instructions to heat them in the oven and the microwave. So
00:22they warn you if you heat them in the oven or microwave. They're very hot, and they'll
00:27definitely burn your tongue. But I'm not going to do that. I'm going to eat them cold.
00:31There's nothing wrong with eating them cold. I found that out by just looking online, because
00:36I'm like, well, it's already pre-cooked. It just needs to be heated up. Like in the microwave,
00:41they say only 10 to 15 seconds, and they're hot. And then in the oven, they're saying
00:46all these other instructions that take longer, like a minute or two minutes to really heat
00:53up in the oven. And you've got to preheat the oven, and there's all the instructions
00:57back there. So I'm like, I'm not going to do any of that. I'm just going to have it
01:01cold. And you get two of them for $3. And President's Choice has come out with all sorts
01:06of things. They also came out with donuts that I was going to buy, and then they didn't
01:11seem to have any. But the donuts, you only get four for $7. So very likely, I will try
01:16that some other time. But I'm going to be trying this today. Now, let's see here. Calories
01:22are 330. 25 fat. Trans fat is 52. Fiber is 7. Sugar is 16%. Protein is 4 grams. Cholesterol
01:34is 25 mg. I still don't know what that means. I guess I'm just stupid, and I should really
01:39look that up. 11% sodium. Potassium, 2%. Calcium, 3%. And iron, 11%. And I don't see the ingredients.
01:50Oh, here we go. Enriched wheat flour. So it's definitely not gluten-free. Icing sugar, sugar,
01:58palm oil, shortening, blueberries, butter, water, cream, cheese, milk ingredients, bacteria,
02:05culture, salt, whole eggs, yolk, contained sugar, modified tropical starch, soy, lemon
02:15oil, all sorts of stuff that I cannot even pronounce. May contain tree nuts. All right,
02:23so now it's time to open this baby up. So that's what it looks like there. Kind of crumbled
02:39right away when I... The crust is hard, that I don't necessarily like. Let's open this
02:56up and see what it looks like inside. I'm not a big fan of lemon, but that's not actually
03:04what I'm smelling. I'm smelling actually the blueberries. I'm not smelling any lemon
03:09at all. But look in there. I'm not even seeing any cream cheese. And to me, there's not really
03:16a lot of filling. Like, if you really look in there, there's not a lot in there. Hmm.
03:46You know what? It's not overwhelming. It's not strong. Like, it's not like a really strong
04:00taste of blueberry. And to be honest with you, I don't even taste... Wait. I do taste
04:07lemon. The lemon and blueberries are actually mixed in pretty good. It took a while for
04:12the lemon to kick in, though, for some reason. The lemon's actually quite nice. The lemon
04:19with blueberries... Yeah, the lemon now is kind of overwhelming the blueberries. And
04:25it was... When I first bit into it, it was the blueberries that were... I couldn't even
04:29taste the lemon. But now the more I eat it, the more I'm tasting more lemon than I am
04:33blueberries. Like, look, though. Like, look at that. To me... To me, it should be oozing
04:59out. But maybe that's when you heat it up. Maybe 30 seconds make a difference, and then
05:04it loosens it up. And then when you open it up like this, you're seeing all the stuff
05:07that comes out. That's a possibility. I just didn't want to heat it up. Because they say
05:11they're a go snack. Grab it and go. You can't really grab it and go if you're heating it
05:15up. Well, I guess you can. But if you want to just throw it in your car and take it somewhere,
05:19that's why I'm doing it cold. For $3, they're not that bad. Like, but... I don't hate them.
05:41I don't love them. I'd probably just give this a 6 out of 10. Maybe it would be higher
05:52if I heated it up. Maybe it would just taste completely different. I'm sure it would. But
05:59they got all different flavors, too. It does surprise me, though. I didn't think I would
06:04like it, just because I'm not a big fan of lemon. But they did a good job with the lemon
06:08and blueberries mixed into one.
06:23So...
06:28So...
06:29Mmm. Oh. On the back here that I actually forgot to read, it said,
06:41This no-slice snack-sized pie puts multiple sensations. Indulgent in your hand. With
06:49luxurious blueberries, cream cheese inside. Lemon cream cheese flavored. Frosting on
06:56top. Enjoy a wonderful frosting delight, especially when served warm. So they're actually
07:01telling you to serve it warm. But again, though, I had it cold, and I did like it. I still
07:08give it a 6 out of 10. If it was warmed up, maybe it would be better, and maybe it would
07:14be oozing out. But as you could tell when I showed it to you, there wasn't really that
07:18a lot of ingredients inside. When I'm thinking of Boston cream donut, or I'm thinking of
07:24anything cream inside, you want it gooing out. You want so much in there that it's just
07:30like it's a pleasure to eat. To me, it being cold, maybe it looks like there's more when
07:37you heat it up. I don't know. Maybe I'll give it a try. But a 6 out of 10, everyone. I didn't
07:43hate it. I didn't love it. Crescent is choice. Frost-overs. Frost-stones. Bye for now, everyone.
07:50Have an incredible day, and check out my other reviews, and food reviews, movie reviews,
