00:00Hello everyone. Today I am reviewing Big Daddy Double Chocolate. I've never heard of this company, Big Daddy.
00:11So I guess they have chocolate and other sorts of treats. I honestly have no clue.
00:15I just saw this Circle K and it looked kind of interesting and I like the name Big Daddy.
00:20For some reason it kind of stuck out to me. The picture kind of reminds me of a lumberjack man up there.
00:26Like I said, there is no history on the back of the company or nothing.
00:30But if I like this I will look up the company and I will probably buy some more treats from them.
00:35But right now, I'll tell you what it is. It's 440 calories in just one cookie.
00:4223 fat. Trans fat is 23. Fiber is 18. That's good.
00:4930% sugar. That's a lot of sugar.
00:52Protein. Then you've got the sodium, 20%.
00:56And you've got the potassium, 6. Calcium, 4. And the iron is 25.
01:01But they have a lot of ingredients here.
01:04You've got the sugar. You've got the whole wheat.
01:08Oats. Enriched wheat flour. Chocolate chunks. Unsweetened chocolate.
01:13Cocoa butter. Artificial milk. Vegetable oil. Chamomile oil.
01:20Liquid whole eggs. Baking powder.
01:24Words I just can't pronounce.
01:26And just to let you know, my name is Paul Branson. I can't pronounce certain words.
01:30I always had a pronunciation problem and ADHD.
01:34So I sometimes get a little thrown off on a subject like I just did now.
01:38I should have introduced myself at the beginning.
01:40But I have food reviews, movie reviews, events, and much more.
01:44So now that I've told you the ingredients.
01:47Oh, it says may contain peanuts and tree nuts.
01:50I'm going to open this up.
01:52And it says it has questions. It has a phone number for questions.
01:58Alright, bakery. Alright. So now I'm going to open this up.
02:03It definitely. Whoa.
02:05You know what? I've smelled this smell before.
02:08It's a chocolate chip cookie, but I swear I've smelled this before from another company.
02:13You know, smells remind you of things. Music can remind you of things too and places.
02:19But they say smells can really remind you of certain events and things.
02:26And music, apparently, they say.
02:28Like if you put on music, you can remember more of a song on music than you can anything else.
02:35And music also, they've done some research where it helps the brain remember stuff as well.
02:41And possibly repair the brain.
02:43But that's just research. It's just something that I'm briefly mentioning.
02:47Because I'm reminding that as I'm smelling this cookie.
02:50Now look how big this cookie is.
02:54The cookie cost me $3.
02:56To be honest with you, I think it was somewhat worth it.
02:59It's actually bigger than going to...
03:01The chocolate chips are actually melting in my hand right now.

03:06Yeah, so let's see if it's gooey inside.
03:09No, there's no gooeyness inside, but some crumbles are actually crumbling down.
03:13It would be nice if they actually had some cream inside.
03:16But look at this. This cookie is bigger than going to Tim Hortons and spending $3 or $2 on a muffin at Tim Hortons.
03:23Like look how big this is.
03:24So you've got the crackness here.
03:27So now I'm going to give it a shot.
03:35It tastes...
03:47It tastes like oatmeal.
03:49So you're tasting like an oatmeal, kind of like a chocolate type flavor.
03:55But you don't see many chocolate chips in the middle.
03:58You see them at the top.

04:10But you see the chocolate chips at the top.
04:12Or I would have preferred more chocolate chips in the middle.
04:14But again, though, $3.

05:14But you definitely do taste the rolled oats.
05:16Not as much as the chocolate.
05:18But you do taste the chocolate.
05:20It's a nice cookie.
05:22It's a nice flavor.
05:24I have to admit, like I said, if I had a coffee or hot chocolate,
05:26I would probably sit here right now and eat the whole thing.
05:29But it is somewhat filling.
05:32I like it.
05:34I would actually try some of these again.
05:36And so if I see different ones of treats,
05:40maybe they have different treats besides cookies,
05:42I would buy them and I would review them.
05:44But right now I give this a 7.
05:46No, you know what?
05:48A 6.5 out of 10.
05:51The only reason why I would give it that,
05:53because I would have preferred more chocolate chips
05:55and maybe something gooey in the middle.
05:57And I think this would be a perfect chocolate bar.

06:01Perfect cookie.
06:02And I'm not a big fan of cookies.
06:04So for giving it a 6.5 out of 10,
06:06that's actually kind of big for me.
