00:00It was a scene of relative calm in Wood's Edge Waterloo this morning, but the smell
00:06of smoke still clung to the air, and the devastation of yesterday's fire was plain to see.
00:31The fire was reported yesterday at around 2pm. It started in the shed in the garden,
00:37and spread to the roof, which as you can see, eventually collapsed.
00:49Firefighters from across the area had to tackle the blaze, before eventually deeming it safe
00:53to leave at around 5.15, three hours after they'd initially arrived.
01:00Fortunately, no one was hurt in the incident, and the fire was kept on one property, with
01:14fire crews conducting fire safety visits to the nearby houses. The crew then returned
01:18later in the evening, to ensure everything was still safe.
