00:00Senator Robin Padilla plans to conduct his own investigation regarding the increased expenses of the newly built New Senate Building.

00:11Yesterday, Padilla signed a resolution to investigate the Senate Committee on Public Information and Mass Media regarding the issue.

00:22Padilla said that the public needs to know about the process of the construction of the New Senate Building,

00:28including the increase of the expenses of P23 billion.

00:34He is doing this so that the public's trust in the Senate as an institution will not be lost.

00:41The Senate Accounts Committee, led by Senator Alan Peter Cayetano, is conducting a review regarding the New Senate Building.

00:50One day ago, Senator Nancy Binay and Senator Cayetano got back together.

00:56Former Senator Panfilo Lacson, who became the chairman of the Senate Committee on Accounts, said that it's hard to watch the conversation between the two.
