00:00You know why Jurassic Park was a mega hit?

00:02Because we had seen that movie

00:04a million times, a million centuries earlier.

00:07So it all looked very familiar.

00:09Even though that dinosaur has now become

00:11the humble lizard, only this much,

00:13still those age-old memories,

00:15those ancient memories that are stored in yourself,

00:18they get triggered.

00:19When you look at a lizard,

00:20some part of you remembers

00:22what happened a billion years ago.

00:24The giant, the T-Rex

00:26coming towards you and...

00:28your body will continue to be afraid of that body.

00:30Just as your body will continue to be

00:32attracted towards somebody,

00:34the male body is drifting towards

00:36the female body and vice versa.

00:37And these things are happening.

00:38The body is a conditioned machine.

00:40The body is like a programmed computer.

00:42It will do what it has to do.

00:43Pure spirituality,

00:45the genius and the use of spirituality

00:47lies in realizing

00:49that the body has its own ways

00:51but you are not obliged

00:54to follow those ways.

00:56That you and the body can be at a distance.
