Ingredients

½ kg mutton
3 large tomatoes
¼ cup oil
¼ cup ghee
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tsp all spices powder
4 green chili
Ginger julienne cut as required
½ cup coriander leaves

Preparation Method

In a deep pot add oil and ghee
Add ginger-garlic paste
Fry it for 1 minute
Add mutton and cook it till color is change
Add salt and mix it
Cut the tomatoes in half
Set it over mutton and cover it
Cook it till tomatoes are soft
Take out the skin
And mash it well add water and cook till meat is tender
Add black pepper, coriander powder, cumin powder, and all spices powder
Then add green chili coriander leaves and ginger
Dish it out
