00:00Hey guys, a bit more Japanglish for the Japanglish playlist.
00:03Okatsu, to the leading company.
00:06So you'd think rather than put some pointless Japanglish under their company name,
00:10that they'd actually say what they do would be useful in Japanese.
00:14But they don't.
00:15So instead they use Japanglish which entertains us, doesn't it?
00:19FSS, First System Service.
00:23So some people try to make sense of Japanglish.
00:26There's no point in doing that.
00:27It's just for decoration.
00:28It doesn't have to mean anything.
00:30How about this one?
00:31Transport to the future.
00:33Cool.
00:35Let's jump in that truck and see what the next century is like.
00:41Yeah, happy smile.
00:42We like happy smile.
00:44Happy life.
00:45Smiley life.
00:46Happy smiley life.
00:47Any sort of combination like that is popular.
00:50Hoaring since 1962.
01:00They call him Shagger.
01:01Shagger, he's been hoaring since 1962.
01:04Reuse is good.
01:05So this is actually a second hand shop.
01:07And you guys know we're really into recycling and reusing stuff.
01:11We totally agree with that.
01:12However, reuse is good on the side of the building is sort of strange, isn't it?
01:17Although we do support it.
01:18We do support it.
01:19We do like it.
01:20New home dealers.
01:22So sometimes you sort of get the idea of what they are.
01:25So these guys obviously sell new houses, don't they?
01:28It's just how it's used, you know.
01:30New home dealers.
01:31Doing.
01:33Doing is becoming another one of those popular Japanglishes that we're seeing more and more.
01:38Doing this and doing that.
01:39PC Depot.
01:40Smart life.
01:41So, OK, smart life, happy life, good life, car life, lots of life.
01:46But this is my favorite.
01:47I love this.
01:48Look at this.
01:49She's a digital life planner, whatever that is.
01:52But have a closer look at her.
01:54She's using pen and paper.
01:57So I don't know what a digital life planner is.
01:59But shouldn't she be using some sort of digital technology rather than a pen and a paper?
02:08It's a mystery, that one.
02:09Oh, look, this one.
02:10We showed you this guy's house once before.
02:12The dude's name is Yokoyama.
02:13Yokoyama.
02:15Which sort of means mountainside, right?
02:18But someone's told him it means side mountain.
02:21So he's had side mountain put in big letters up on the side of his house.
02:26He must think it sounds cool.
02:28So that actually says side mount, doesn't it?
02:31And for some reason he's used capitals for side and then he's got side mount.
02:35Which is a bit of a shame, really, because Yokoyama, it sort of means by the mountain
02:39or side of the mountain.
02:41So mountainside would be cool, wouldn't it?
02:44But instead of mountainside, side mountain.
02:47Side mount.
02:49Which is sort of a bit of a shame, really, isn't it?
02:52It's like, what's the point of side mount on the side of your house?
02:56It is a bit of a shame.
02:58However, we went past his house recently.
03:01And because we always look at that side mount, it catches your eye when you go past.
03:04But we went past recently and have a look at what he's done to his BMW.
03:08He's put side mount on his BMW as well.
03:11Side mountain.
03:13Isn't it a shame?
03:15I mean, Yokoyama.
03:17Mountainside.
03:18Mountainside would actually be pretty cool, wouldn't it?
03:20But side in capitals and then just, yeah, what a shame.
03:23What a shame.
03:25Anyway, he's got Japanglish on his house and his car.
03:28More videos coming soon.
