00:00Hi. Is President Biden considering stepping down?
00:05Absolutely not.
00:07And you heard, I believe,
00:09directly from the campaign as well.
00:11Given the groundswell of concern from fellow Democrats,
00:15from donors, from supporters,
00:17doesn't he owe it to the American public
00:20to reflect on whether he should step down?
00:24I mean, look, very much into Sung Min's question
00:27and my answer to her question,
00:29where he had an opportunity to talk to supporters.
00:32He's done it a couple times at this point
00:34and laid out what happened on that night.
00:37Talked about how he understands,
00:39and it was not his best night.
00:41He understands that it is fair for people to ask that question.
00:46But we cannot forget his record and what he's been able to do.
00:50We cannot forget how he's been able to deliver
00:53for the American people for almost four years.
00:55That matters, too.
00:56And he has the most historic record administration,
01:03the most in modern politics.
01:05And that should matter.
01:07And he wants to continue to do that work.
01:10And, you know, a lot of what's on his agenda
01:15is very much popular with majority of the American people,
01:17whether it's continuing to build a strong economic policies.
01:24He's done that.
01:25Creating new jobs.
01:26He's done that.
01:27Fifteen million jobs.
01:28He wants to work on that and continue to do that.
01:30And so he wants to continue to deliver expanding healthcare.
01:34All of these things he believes is important.
01:36Majority of Americans believe it's important.
01:38And his record, he wants to make sure
01:40that people do not forget about the record
01:42that he's been able to lay on behalf of the American people.
01:45Is there anything, Karine, that would change his mind?
01:49Look, I cannot lay out something
01:52that would change the President's mind.
01:54He has been very clear.
01:57And he's going to continue to build
02:01on the unprecedented record
02:03that he's been able to lay out for the American people.
02:06That's his focus right now.
02:08Thank you.
