England's John Stones goes into detail on what he has learned from his international manager Gareth Southgate
Transcript
00:00He's changed our culture within a team,
00:05which is something that's extremely difficult,
00:08having players coming from different environments with the clubs,
00:13to feel so comfortable within everyone's company on the training pitch.
00:21The humility that I think we have as a team as well,
00:25and the winning mentality.
00:27He's very switched on with how we do in games,
00:33how we've done over our period of being together,
00:37and very clear in what he wants us to achieve as a team, as a nation.
00:43I think the great attributes, great qualities that he's got as a manager,
00:49that he is simple and clear with what he gets over to us as a player
00:55and what he wants from us, and what we're all here to try and achieve,
00:59and that's something that's not being done.
01:01So to be able to be here now and try and make a mark,
01:06or leave a mark on this tournament, is important,
01:10and we have that goal at the end of it of doing something that's never been done before.
