00:00Now in Victory and Warrior Street, which we started on Monday, should be complete in six
00:25weeks, phase one.
00:27There will be odds and sods left, and then we go to phase two, which is the fan zone
00:30outside.
00:31As you can see now, the columns have started to be built, the ceiling height has been exposed,
00:36which will be painted black, to give a bit more depth in the ceiling height.
00:42The bars are all up the furthest in through, we have a new floor covering going, wood plating,
00:47and a couple of bi-fold doors going in the middle here.
00:51So the lounge will be much more modern there, and the toilets, of course, will see an upgrade,
00:57which will be more synthetic.
01:00So we're in the Victory male toilets at the moment.
01:02You can see we've added urinals, privacy panels, ceramic tiling, new lighting, and exposed
01:07the ceiling to get more height.
01:10The four suites across the Warrior, Victory, and Legends will all be updated to this specification.
01:21And the newly created mezzanine now, you can see it links the stands all the way through.
01:36This side are WCs, and the other side which we walk into are urinals, and then we've got
01:42the new concession area, which has got two kiosks right in the middle.
01:51So we're in the south stand, the west elevation of it.
02:02You can see the existing WCs being increased in size, and we'll have more urinals installed.
02:09The two WCs at the back are being moved around to the corner.
02:14This stand will take about another three to four months during the season because it's
02:17having a wholesale toilet refurbishment program, which increased the number available.
02:45So we're now up in the new south stand gantry.
02:47You can see the scowl, and you can see the steelwork needed to suspend it.
02:52In essence, it's a cantilever gantry.
02:55It comes off the main structure, through, picks up the existing truss, and then hangs
03:02off the columns.
03:04You can see it's a significant piece of engineering.
03:09And I must compliment Steve Hastings, the engineer on this, and a few of the other team
03:13that were involved, NJS Scaffold, NGS Steel, along with our team, because this was a real
03:18tricky project, which has been completed ahead of schedule.
03:23So we're up in the gantry itself now.
03:25You can see the size, you can see the existing truss, and you can see the new steelwork frame.
03:31You can see the floodlights that have been added, and you can see four sets of what we
03:36call two prongs, where Sky or EFL cameras will be positioned.
03:41This end of the gantry is going to be controlling the main screen.
03:47In the section here, in the middle, will be a small PA suite, and at the far end will
03:52be the data driver room, the links are all together.
03:56You can see the davit arm up there on the left, that enables Sky to bring their equipment
04:01up and put it onto the gantry.
04:03In the west stand, the frat and end, the galvanised structure, that's another type of TV gantry
04:09that's been built in the summer, which is dead central to the goal, which is another
04:12Sky EFL requirement.
