Transcript
00:00Good morning.
00:06They're a little young.
00:14That they are.
00:17They look a little nervous.
00:19I need all flight crews to report to their designated areas immediately.
00:24Major, follow that.
00:26Sir.
00:29Good morning.
00:33Good morning.
00:36In less than an hour, aircraft from here will join others from around the world.
00:43And you will be launching the largest aerial battle in the history of mankind.
00:51Mankind, that word should have new meaning for all of us today.
00:58We can't be consumed by our petty differences anymore.
01:03We will be united in our common interests.
01:07Perhaps it's fate that today is the 4th of July.
01:12And you will once again be fighting for our freedom.
01:16Not from tyranny, oppression, or persecution.
01:22But from annihilation.
01:25We're fighting for our right to live.
01:29To exist.
01:32And should we win the day, the 4th of July will no longer be known as an American holiday.
01:40But as the day when the world declared in one voice, we will not go quietly into the night.
01:47We will not vanish without a fight.
01:51We're going to live on.
01:53We're going to survive.
01:56Today, we celebrate our Independence Day.
02:24Let's go!
02:26Mr. President, I've got your gear over here.
02:29Good luck.
02:30I've got a jumpsuit for you, and the rest of your gear is squared away in this duffel.
02:33That's your choice of health.
02:36Mr. President, I'd sure like to know what you're doing.
02:40I'm a combat pilot, Bill.
02:44I belong in the air.
02:53Okay, so let's get you airborne right over here.
