00:38is being used as a bench for pedestrians.

00:42And it was not saved from the lens of Kapusa Action Man.

00:48We were asked to report to the Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau

00:51that a clearing operation was immediately carried out in the area.

00:54It is an obstruction because it is a pedestrian road.

00:57The pedestrians are pitiful.
