00:26In other parts of Luzon, there is also a chance of rain in Ilocos Region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, Mimaropa, and Bicol Region.

00:34Rainfall is high in some provinces, so be extra careful.

00:43Expect heavy rainfall, gusts of wind, and thunderstorms.
