00:00Arif Aizuddin Azlan, a political analyst at the University of Technology Mara, said

00:06UMNO should not rely too much on its allies in the coalition government

00:10to restore power, but rather to benefit its members.

00:15He agreed with former President of UMNO, Ismail Sabri Yaakob,

00:19that the group is the key to the uprising

00:22by continuing to bring the local community and young people closer.

00:27According to him, perhaps the former Prime Minister

00:29wants to give a warning to the leadership of UMNO

00:32so as not to be too excited about working together in the coalition government

00:36instead of saving the hearts of the experts.

00:39Recently, Ismail in his Facebook, among others,

00:42emphasized that the party cannot be nostalgic with the past successes

00:47because it is proven that the Malay people are getting further away

00:50referring to only 20% of Malay people supported it in the PRN last year.

00:56Azmil Taib from the University of Science Malaysia said

00:59it is not easy to persuade UMNO members to accept

01:06other than being able to prove the benefits of it.

01:10According to him, UMNO also needs to show a drastic change
