GTA IV : FileCheckFix V1.0.3

Le FileCheckFix qui à l'origine bloque les fichiers WeaponInfo.xml ( http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x9091c_gta-iv-rocket-uzi-mod_videogames ), handling.dat, ... modifiés sur le multi a été édité et autorise maintenant tous les fichiers modifiés.
