Transcript
00:00The LPS Monast Half Marathon is held, with a 21-kilometer run from the National Monument to Istora Senayan, Jakarta, on Sunday, June 30.
00:18The event is open to the public, followed by 5,000 participants, including 185 athletes from 41 countries.
00:27LPS Secretary Anas Iswahyudi said, the event is also a training ground for national athletes who will compete in the 2024 National Sports Festival in Aceh and North Sumatra in September.
00:42For that, LPS tries to provide a convenient crossing in Jakarta, which is in accordance with the activities of the public at Car Free Day.
00:51The issues that we have been worried about are relative.
00:59On the contrary, the expectations that have been placed by the organizers, I think we can all meet.
01:09Although of course there will be setbacks.
01:12Meanwhile, national athletes Odekta Naibaho and Robi Syanturi, who occupy the first position each for the men's and women's half marathon, said, LPS Monast Half Marathon is an opportunity to see the development of their training results.
01:30With results like this, with the presence of LPS, it is an opportunity for me and Wadah to pursue a better performance among us.
01:40When we went to the competition, I think it was like Pondek. Because all the prizes, I feel like that.
01:49For the preparation of Pondek, we have been successful so far, and LPS has become a benchmark.
01:58And also my team has won the number of the half marathon. Hopefully it goes well, there are no obstacles, and Dipone can do his best for the region.
02:10Both hope that LPS Monast Half Marathon can be held again next year, while maintaining the timing and improving the safety and comfort of the track.
