00:04Just three weeks from this Saturday.
00:06We're going to be live on TNA Plus and Pay-Per-View in Montreal
00:10for our Slammiversary.
00:11The following contest is Deborah Wendfall.
00:14Introducing first, from Atlanta, Georgia,
00:17the front man, Alan Angels.
00:22Meanwhile, Alan Angels ready to go here in the Impact Zone
00:26after a recent edition of the Soundcheck.
00:28He was trying to get to the bottom of what Kushida's been up to,
00:32trying to understand what Jonathan Gresham
00:35has introduced into our world, that black ink.
00:39And now Angels has got to go one on one with the TimeSplitter.
00:53His opponent, from Tokyo, Japan,
00:56TimeSplitter, Kushida.
01:00I mean, we all want to get to the bottom of whatever the hell
01:04is going on with Jonathan Gresham, but Kushida
01:07taking it very personally, going to great lengths
01:10to try to discover the origin, whatever the hell this is,
01:14this ink, as you say, that's within Jonathan Gresham.
01:18There are PhD candidates who don't go to the lengths that you were talking about.
01:22No kidding.
01:24Oh, wait a minute.
01:25Angels was trying to rush Kushida in the TimeSplitter.
01:29Just a step too quick.
01:30Paige Brindzavali called for the bell.

01:35Angels trying to get the better of Kushida before the match
01:38even officially began, but Kushida not going to allow that to happen.
01:41There goes Angels to the outside.
01:43Kushida, TimeSplitter, for a reason, hasn't even taken off his jacket yet.
01:49Now going after Angels, drags him outside of the ring.
01:52Kushida, oh, quickening the pace and kicking the left elbow.
01:57The reason he's been considered one of the best junior heavyweights
02:00in all of pro wrestling for the past many, many years.
02:08Now Angels using the top rope there right to the throat of Kushida.
02:14Oh, drop kick right to the chest.
02:16And the last time we saw Kushida first off at undersea,
02:20Jonathan Gresham returned to this company.
02:22Was it very disturbing?
02:24Forearm in the face and a kick out.
02:25That black ink got to the mouth of Kushida.
02:28And then it was about a week or so later that Kushida competed
02:32on an episode of Explosion, and it was a grotesque scene after the matchup.
02:36He appeared fine throughout and then was making his way to the back
02:40through the tunnel and started vomiting up that black ink
02:44and has been out sick ever since.
02:46Obviously, his return 100% is medically clear.
02:50I mean, greatly affected by Gresham and whatever's going on.
02:54The neckbreaker kick out by Kushida.
02:56And we've seen that happen to various person personalities
02:59and the officials that have been involved in Jonathan Gresham matches.
03:03Just even just off of a tiny bit of interaction with whatever the hell this is.
03:08It's a strange, strange phenomena here in the impact zone.

04:05and will be defending the title against Ash by elegance in Montreal
04:09after she takes her much needed and deserved vacation.

04:14So the juggernaut does not take time off in pro wrestling.

04:34Nasty way, almost snapping the arm of Alan Angel's out here on out on the floor.
04:40Passes Angels back inside the ring.
04:42Kushida, one of the most gifted wrestlers we've ever had here in TNA.
04:47You know, he's going to be thinking about trying to lock in that hoverboard lock.
04:51Oh, he's going for it.
04:52Attack that left arm earlier on in the matchup.
04:58Kushida.
05:00Oh, Tanaka punch takes Angels out of the sky.
05:06Here's the cover.

05:08Oh, wait a minute. Right into the hoverboard lock off the kick out.
05:11Angels is desperate here.

05:33That's Jonathan Gresham attacking Kushida from behind after the match.
05:39And Gresham, who's been in the obsession of Kushida ever since he did get ill.
05:47We still don't know if he's found any answers, but
05:50Gresham about to get some answers of his own.
05:55Oh, oh, God.
05:56Now he's trying to pour some of that ink into the mouth of Kushida.
06:00God, no. You kid.
06:02This is disgusting.
06:03Now look at this.
06:04Some of our security mask and glove trying to restrain Jonathan Gresham
06:09saving Kushida, maybe just in the nick of time.
06:15In my opinion, this is evidence of the threat
06:19that Kushida poses to Jonathan Gresham.
06:22The fact that Gresham attacked Kushida in this fashion.
06:25It tells me Jonathan Gresham is concerned about Kushida
06:29finding a cure for Gresham's ink.
06:35Well, right now, we turn our attention to what's moments away.
