00:00So tell me, how do you feel being here celebrating the Latino community?

00:08I am so excited.

00:09I love my community.

00:10I'm so happy to celebrate us, to be a part of celebrating us.

00:15And I love Nalip.

00:16It's an incredible organization.

00:17I've been supporting it for years.

00:20And I think it looks like a great turnout.

00:23And I'm excited that people showed up because that's what we need to do is show up for each

00:27other and celebrate each other and support one another and realize that the power is

00:33within ourselves, not outside of us.

00:35So I think that's what's happening right now.

00:37Tell me about your next project.

00:38Oh my goodness.

00:40Well my next project, pray for me because I just closed a deal for my own show.

00:45So I'm praying that I'm bringing it to fruition.

00:49And yeah, and I'm also involved in some producing stuff.

00:52So I'm praying for our industry to awaken and come alive again so that we can move forward.

00:58How are you going to spend your summer?

01:00I'm going to spend my summer probably writing, tanning, eating, and spending lots of family

01:08time together with my kids.

01:11Why do you think Hollywood needs more Latinos?

01:16Because Hollywood would be nothing without Latinos, quite frankly.

01:19We buy the damn tickets, first of all.

01:22We're showing up to the theaters.

01:24We're showing up to streaming and watching and paying.

01:28And we are huge consumers.

01:30So guess what?

01:32The world as a whole, including Hollywood, would be nothing without Latinos.

01:37So that's my answer.
