00:00My partner and I were both foodies, so we've always wanted to build a business of our own.
00:28So before, if we were to start a business, it would be around food or within the food industry.
00:37It started with the thought that Filipinos love barbeque, but not this type of barbeque,
00:45not so much, especially the smoked one.
00:48So basically, we just want to be part of elevating the barbeque experience or barbeque culture
00:55here in the country.
00:58The goal is to provide modern barbeque dining experience.
01:01By dining experience, it does not really revolve around food alone, right?
01:06The place and the service are just as important.
01:09For the place, when we saw this property, we fell in love with it immediately.
01:14The focal point, at least for us, would be the indoor alfresco because it somehow makes
01:20the space homey, and that's what we want to achieve, to make the place really homey and
01:25cozy as much as possible.
01:27As for the service, we've been very much involved with our staff from day one to ensure
01:32that we're able to provide excellent customer service.
01:38For my favorites, all of our bestsellers.
01:41For appetizers, we have the Shanghai Nachos.
01:44For the mains, the Smoked Meat Sampler, which has the beef belly that's smoked for 12 hours,
01:50and the pork ribs smoked for 8 hours.
01:54We also have the Grilled Meat Sampler.
01:56We have there our Liempo, best paired with Rendang sauce,
01:59and then another Liempo with Balinese sauce,
02:02Grilled Beef Belly with Bistek sauce,
02:05Peri-Peri Chicken with Parsley and Lobito sauce,
02:08and of course, our Ilonggo-style Chicken Inasal,
02:11which, by the way, is a crowd-favorite menu by itself.
02:15For the Grilled Meat Sampler, what our guests usually do is they actually mix and match
02:20the different sauces with our meats.
02:23We take pride in our sauces because grilled meat, it's quite common, right?
02:28For us, what sets our dishes apart would really be our sauces.
02:33Plus, we have different kinds of fries to go with our meat.
02:36For smoked, I personally recommend the Annatto Jabba Rice.
02:40And then for grilled, my personal recommendation would be the Nasi Goreng and Angled Rice.
02:47These are the three things that we really want to hit.
02:50Good food, good ambience, good service.
02:55When people think of fired up, we want them to be able to associate it with these three things.
