00:00I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan
00:07In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
00:16O Seen, and the Wise Qur'an
00:25Indeed, you are from among the messengers on a straight path
00:34A revelation of the Almighty, the Merciful
00:40That you may warn a people whose fathers were not warned, so they are heedless
00:50Indeed, the Word has come into effect on most of them, but they do not believe
00:59Indeed, We have placed shackles around their necks, so that they are at their chins, and they are straitened
01:18And We have placed a barrier before them and a barrier behind them, and We have covered them, so that they do not see
01:34And it is the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them, they do not believe
01:47You only warn those who follow the Reminder and fear the Most Merciful unseen
01:58So give him good tidings of forgiveness and a generous reward
02:07Indeed, it is We who give life to the dead and record what they have put forth and their footprints, and all things We have enumerated in a clear record
02:26And set forth for them an example of the people of the town when the messengers came to it
02:37When We sent to them two, but they denied them, so We strengthened with a third, and they said, Indeed, to you we are sent
02:59They said, You are not but human beings like us, and the Most Merciful has not sent down anything. You are but lying
03:24They said, Our Lord knows. Indeed, to you we are messengers, and we are only responsible for the clear message
03:40They said, Indeed, we have been purified by you. If you do not desist, we will surely stone you, and a painful punishment will surely touch you from us
04:05They said, Purified are you with you? If you are reminded! Rather, you are a transgressing people
04:20And there came from the outskirts of the city a man running. He said, O my people, follow the messengers
04:34Follow those who do not ask you for a reward while they are guided
04:42And why should I not worship the One who created me and to Him you will be returned
04:52Should I take other gods besides Him? If the Most Merciful intends for me harm that will not avail me, their intercession is nothing and they will not save
05:19Truly, then, I am in manifest error. Truly, I have believed in your Lord, so listen
05:34It was said, Enter Paradise. He said, O would that my people knew
05:42That my Lord has forgiven me and made me of the honored
05:50And We did not send down upon his people after him any rain from the sky, nor would We have sent it down
06:07It was not but a single cry, and at once they were silent
06:23O regret for the servants! No messenger comes to them except that they mock at him
06:38Do they not see how many generations We have destroyed before them, that to them they will not return
06:51And if all, when all are with Us, will be brought near
07:01And a sign for them is the dead earth. We gave it life and brought forth from it grain, and from it they eat
07:16And We placed therein gardens of date palms and grapevines, and We caused therein to burst forth springs
07:37That they may eat of its fruit, and of that which their hands have produced. Will they not then be grateful
07:49Exalted is He who created all species from that which the earth produces, and from that which they know not
08:11And a sign for them is the night. We make of it the day, and at once they are wronged
08:24And the sun runs to a place of rest. That is the decree of the Exalted in Might, the All-Knowing
08:34And the moon, We have determined its places of rest, until it returns to you, the old mountains
08:44The sun does not need to reach the moon, nor does the night overtake the day, and all are in an orbit, swimming
09:03And a sign for them is that We carried their offspring in the loaded ship
09:13And We created for them from the like of it that which they ride
09:21And if We willed, We could drown them, but there would be no cry for them, nor would they be saved
09:33Except as a mercy from Us and a provision for a time
09:42And when it is said to them, fear that which is before you and that which is behind you, that you may receive mercy
09:59And no sign comes to them from the signs of their Lord, except that they turn away from them
10:12And when it is said to them, spend from that which Allah has provided you, those who disbelieve say to those who believe,
10:30And We feed whomsoever Allah wills. You are not but in manifest error
10:49And they say, when is this promise, if you are truthful
10:59They do not wait except for one blast that overtakes them and they are divided
11:15So they are not able to cover themselves nor to return to their families
11:28And it is blown into the horn, and at once they descend from the graves to their Lord
11:40They say, O woe to us! Who has raised us from our bed? This is what the Most Merciful promised, and the Messengers spoke the truth
11:56It is not but one blast, and at once they are all brought before Us
12:09So this Day no soul will be wronged in the least, and you will not be recompensed except for what you used to do
12:25Indeed, the companions of Paradise today are in a fruitful work
12:36They and their spouses are in shade on couches, reclining
12:46They will have therein fruit, and they will have that which they ask for
12:55Peace, a word from the Lord, the Merciful
13:02And be prepared for the Day, O criminals
13:08Have I not made a covenant to you, O Children of Adam, that you worship not Satan? Indeed, he is to you a manifest enemy
13:27And that you worship me, this is a straight path
13:35And indeed, he has led many of you astray. Have you not, then, reason?
13:48This is Hell, which you were promised
13:56Burn therein this Day because you used to disbelieve
14:03This Day We will cover their mouths, and their hands will speak to Us, and their feet will bear witness to what they used to do
14:25And if We willed, We could have wiped over their eyes, but they hastened to the path, so how could they see?
14:39And if We willed, We could have wiped over their eyes, but they hastened to the path, so how could they see?
14:56And whoever We give life to, We give him back in creation. Have they not reason?
15:05And We have not taught him poetry, nor is it necessary for him. It is nothing but a reminder and a clear Qur'an
15:20That he may warn those who are alive, and the people may be just against the disbelievers
15:31Do they not see that We have created for them from that which Our hands have made cattle, and they are its owners
15:51And We have made it as a shade for them, and from it they ride, and from it they eat
16:01And for them therein are benefits and drinks. Will they not, then, be grateful?
16:10And they have taken besides Allah gods, that they may be helped
16:20They are unable to help them, and for them are hosts brought near
16:29So let not their speech grieve you. Indeed, We know what they conceal and what they reveal
16:41Do they not see that We have created man from a sperm, and at once he is a manifest adversary
17:02And He sets forth for us an example, and He forgets His creation. He says, Who will give life to bones while they are scattered?
17:15Say, He will give life to it who created it the first time, and He is Knowing of every creation
17:29Who made for you from the green trees a fire, and at once you light it
17:48Is not He Who created the heavens and the earth Able to create like them? Yes, and He is the All-Knowing Creator
18:07His command, when He wills a thing, is only to say to it, Be, and it is
18:21So exalted is He in Whose hand is the dominion of all things, and to Him you will be returned
