जमीन घोटाले के मामले में झारखंड के पूर्व सीएम हेमंत सोरेन को हाईकोर्ट से जमानत मिल गई है। जमानत मिलने के बाद बाद हेमंत सोरेन जेल से बाहर आ गए। पूर्व सीएम को जमानत मिलने पर बीजेपी प्रवक्ता कुंतल कृष्ण ने कहा कि उनको एक मामले में बेल मिली है। उनके ऊपर जो आरोप हैं वो काफी हद तक सच भी लग रहे हैं कि उन्होंने अपने पद का दुरुपयोग कर संपत्ति अर्जित की। इसकी पुष्टि उनके सहयोगियों ने की है। जमानत देना कानूनी प्रक्रिया का एक हिस्सा है।
