01:17Let's watch a glimpse of it covered by 24hrs TV channel.
01:47Creative Carnival 2024, to aajke aami royechi dui karno dhare shange, shora shori interact
02:14karanebo.
02:15So, Naina, Ma'am, I would love to ask you that this is a long entrepreneurship venture
02:21and this success shows that the struggle part was really hard.
02:26What message you would like to convey for all Indians?
02:28Well, aami itukoi bolbo, je aajke aamra ekhane eschi, khub anando karte, khub maja karte
02:34aur MacCRU carnival take fully successful karte.
02:37Mac, Chaurangi, Rajbihari aur Ultradanga, eta aamadar tinte centre, e chhara aamadar
02:43Lakhmi Academy, Rajbihari aur Nagar Bazar to ache hi.
02:46To aamra chai, student ra khub bhalo kare unnoti karuk life e, bas aur aamadar shate
02:51thakuk.
02:52That's it.
02:53Your valuable words and time.
02:54Shora shori chala aashmo sir er kache ebong the question is, sir, the entrepreneurship
02:59venture, I would love to know about the journey.
03:02Also, my viewers also want to know.
03:04My 40th year in business, I have done lot many things.
03:09But when I entered into Mac, I thought I have found my calling.
03:14It's such a satisfying journey that I have had since more than 20 years.
03:18And the students around me, you know, keep me young.
03:21All the young blood around me.
03:23So, it's a wonderful experience that I have had and our students are doing tremendously
03:28well all across.
03:30It might seem that I am boasting when I say that there's hardly any movie today being
03:36made across the world, where back of the film, some of my student is not there.
03:45Yes.
03:46So, that is what success, I think is my personal success that they are so well placed, doing
03:51so well in life.
03:53And let me tell you one more thing that success has many fathers and failure is always an
04:01orphan.
04:02But we have adopted orphans.
04:05People, students who have not done well in life, well in the traditional courses, they
04:10have come to us and they are having a fledging career today.
04:15People from lower middle class, some of them have even, you know, taken loans.
04:21I have instances where they have sold their land also to do courses with us and that builds
04:27up an additional responsibility for us.
04:30Today, they are buying Harley Davidson's and touring the world.
04:34So, that is what I am giving me a lot of satisfaction.
04:38Yes, I am on the right path.
04:40So, I invite all the failures, come to me and I will make your life.
04:52Well, do well in life, keep working, perseverance is the key.
04:57Don't lose heart.
04:59Failures are the key or steps to success.
05:03So, keep pursuing what you are doing and you will be winners one day.
05:09Thank you.
05:10Thank you so much, sir.
05:11Thanks to both of you for your valuable words and time.
05:21I think I am feeling amazing.
05:23I really want to congratulate MAC and all the students and all the organizers.
05:28You have put their heart and soul into today's event.
05:32And today's event is really not a reflection of just an event.
05:37I think it is a celebration of a journey that the students have embarked on in this amazing
05:44field of animation, visual effects, gaming, comics and graphics.
05:48I think in the whole creative industry, MAC stands out as being the beacon.
05:55And the Bellwether Institute for taking the journey of students forward, training them
06:01not only for the first job, but being the foundation of the next 30 years of their professional
06:08life.
06:09So, once again, heartiest congratulations from everybody who has been involved not only
06:14in the event, but in building MAC in Kolkata.
06:18Great, sir.
06:19So, I would love to ask you, what message would you like to convey for the students,
06:23aspiring students, 12 to 45 students, as well as the young authorities?
06:28I think I have made some of those students very clear.
06:31There are three or four ingredients that you need to be very clear of.
06:36Firstly, is the issue of passion.
06:40I think this is an industry which values passion.
06:46Unlike any other industry which values diligence more or which values cognition more, this
06:51is an industry which is built on the bedrock of passion.
06:55But passion does not add up.
06:57You need creativity.
06:59Now, creativity has many dimensions.
07:01It has dimensions of ideation, it has dimensions of storytelling, it has dimensions of words,
07:08it has dimensions of images, it has dimensions of videos.
07:12But at the end of the day, it's how you tell your story, convey your idea, convey your
07:19emotion, and express it in a form which is able to relate to the audience.
07:24That's what we are.
07:25So, I think this is these two things.
07:27I think the students are doing an excellent job.
07:29And I've seen some of the work that the students have produced for Kolkata.
07:33I think it's amazing, it's world class, and I really want to congratulate them.
07:37There are a lot of opportunities for students here.
07:40They can start their own businesses.
07:45I would say it is the future of small businesses because they can work from home in this.
07:51They don't really need to set up an office for this.
07:54So obviously, they can become entrepreneurs without investing much.
08:00I'm Suman, and this is a very proud moment.
08:03I'm really thrilled to see this event.
08:05And I'm really proud of my Naveen Bhaiya, who is doing so well.
08:08And I would like to wish all the students best of luck and to the Kru Center.
08:26I'm very excited to be at the MAC CRU Creative Carnival.
08:30And I've been here before.
08:32And I really love interacting with young students who are very eager to learn and try new things.
08:40One, I have a lot of Bengalis work in our studio in Hyderabad.
08:45Our studio, we have almost 900 employees and almost half of them are from this region.
08:52So I feel very proud.
08:53And I feel it's our duty to encourage more talent in Kolkata.
08:59So what message you would like to convey for young entrepreneurs?
09:03I think for young entrepreneurs, I think first thing is you have chosen the right field.
09:08I think the most important thing is now the second thing is one, choose your friends wisely.
09:13Because you need to hang out with the right people if you want to succeed in life.
09:16Third thing is that, you know, use technology along with your artistic skills.
09:21That is the best way to create the new age art, which is what is needed for today's world.
09:27Creative Carnival 2024 is being held at the Academy of Finances.
09:31So we would love to know about your feelings and what message you would like to convey for young entrepreneurs.
09:37See, first of all, I would like to thank MAC management and students.
09:43They have invited me to such a wonderful event.
09:47That is their annual carnival.
09:50And MAC students, they are doing really great for the last 15 years in animation industry.
09:58Not only in India, out of India also.
10:01As you know that now animation VFX is not limited in TV.
10:08It's on OTT, in VFX, in animation.
10:11And it's very wonderful that we are getting a lot of work from outside also.
10:18USA, Canada, Hollywood.
10:20So it is really wonderful that our students from Bengal, from Calcutta.
10:25They are not only artists, they are now professionals.
10:29They are professionals.
10:31And their work has been worked through the world.
10:36And I think this is our achievement.
10:40And specially, like my studio, Vakitoon.
10:44We work for Sony Entertainment, then Disney, then Cartoon Network, Pogo.
10:49Our show like Chota Bheem, then Sab Jholmal Hai, then Mighty Little Bheem,
10:55then Tarak Mehta Ka Chota Chasma, then Rudra, then Chota Start-Up.
11:01It's all going not only in TV channel and OTT also.
11:05So, thank you very much.
11:08At Creative Carnival 2024, so what message you would like to convey for the young entrepreneurs?
11:13Young entrepreneurs and students I would say that I am actually part of Mac Alumni.
11:20I was one of the very first batch people.
11:23So, definitely I have come all the way.
11:26Now today I am being called as an industry expert.
11:30So that is almost like a full circle for me.
11:34So if I can do it, I think anybody else can do it too.
11:37So that's the message I would like to give to everyone.
11:40Great, great. And one more thing I would like to ask that how is the vibes today?
11:44How are you feeling right now?
11:46Amazing, amazing. It's good to be back in Calcutta as always.
11:49So I am very happy.
