05:09In the city, in 2023, we already asked the city government for 30 million funds for a central MRF, Materials Recovery Facility.
05:21And this current year, we asked 20 million for land development of that MRF.
05:26And I heard, I was informed that yesterday was the trading of the land development.
05:32Our plan is to come up with a centralized materials recovery facility.
05:37When the decentralized MRF was established, the government decided to process the garbage with a glass pulverizer and plastic shredder.
05:48It is also advisable to choose the right type of garbage to be disposed of for the MRF's work.
05:58This would mean that this is a facility that would segregate our garbage further so that we could reduce the residual waste that we're going to throw in our engineered sanitary landfill, whatever is that.
06:11It is also advisable for the local government to process the sanitary landfill because it was planned to close the Metro-Clarke Sanitary Landfill in Jai Tarlac in October.
