00:06so I love this movement. Then I went into a dumbbell deadlift, one of my favourite

00:15Then I went into an incline barbell squat, the incline is just so I can squat a little
00:19bit deeper, it works really well for me. Then I went into a hip thrust, I actually
00:24prefer a standard barbell hip thrust, but this machine was convenient for me today.
