00:00The decade of national renewal is on the horizon. It's one week to go and we go into that election
00:08as a changed Labour Party. A Labour Party that is proud to say that we always put country first
00:17and party second. We've got a proud manifesto for wealth creation, for job creation, for the
00:23security that people need in all of their homes and all of their businesses. We have a great
00:29candidate here and across the country. I've never had such a great team of candidates
00:34putting forward and I'm proud of each and every one of them.
00:41Because this is the chance we have to take our argument, our confident argument into the last
00:47week of this campaign. So we're in good spirits. We're campaigning with a smile on our face and a
00:54spring in our step. But, and there's always a but in a Labour Party speech, you know it,
01:01but every vote has to be earned. We can't take anything for granted. The polls do not predict
01:07the future in every constituency. It's going to come down to a few votes here or there. Do people
01:14come out? Will they vote for us or other parties? We take nothing for granted. We fight for every
01:19vote until 10pm next Thursday. Every single vote matters. It is very hard to win an election. It
01:27should be really hard to win an election and to have that opportunity to serve our country.
