00:00There are some great pubs in South East New South Wales. At the top of my list are the Royal Hotel in Bungendore
00:06with its infamous ghost photo.
00:14The opulent revamped Australasia Hotel down at Eden.
00:18But undoubtedly one of my favorites is at Captain's Flat, home to one of the longest bars in the Southern Hemisphere.
00:30And the so-called magic tiles that allow you to suspend your beer glass virtually in thin air.
00:40Well, sort of.
00:53But there is one special rule here that even the locals have to abide by.
00:58No horses are allowed at the bar.
01:02Of course, that doesn't mean you can't enjoy a takeaway.
