¡Al fin te traemos otro capítulo de “Menú Perfecto”!

Esta vez visitamos @tavernaenprim y los chefs @chrisdomit y @emmeprm nos presentan sus 5 platillos imperdibles. ‍‍

Empezamos con una tostada de kampachi, nada como una entrada fresca y ligera. Seguida por dos platos fuertes llenos de sabor: las zanahorias rostizadas con jocoque y el favorito del chef, el pulpo a la parrilla. Y para un cierre perfecto, el helado de jocoque con moras silvestres, es un postre que sí o sí debes pedir. ️

Para maridar, algo cítrico como la Paloma Spritz es la opción ideal.

Por cierto, estos chefs participaron en la cena “Tulum meets Mexico City” del @winefoodmx evento en asociación con Gourmet de México. Esta cena benefició a LADLE, una organización dedicada a empoderar a niños nativos mayas y mexicanos en Tulum. ️

00:06And today we're going to show you the five must-try dishes
00:08from the Perfect Group.

00:16We'll start with our Campachi tostada.
00:19This is a corn tostada.
00:20It has a chepiche aioli,
00:22a slice of tomato, and fermented chili flakes.
00:25We finish with cured fish
00:28and, finally, with a yum,
00:30cilantro flowers, and serrano slices.
00:33We'll continue with the roasted carrots.
00:35It has a bed of prepared jocote,
00:38a little matcha sauce,
00:39and a salad of herbs with pulpo de hilo.
00:42We'll continue with one of my favorites,
00:44which is the grilled octopus.
00:45It's a perfectly cooked octopus.
00:47We grill it after it's marinated
00:49with garlic oil.
00:51And we serve it with olive oil aioli,
00:53capers, and fermented chili flakes.
00:55It has a potato rosti and chepiche aioli.
00:58And to finish, we have jocote ice cream
01:00with wild blackberries,
01:02a homemade honey from Tomillo,
01:04some gingerbread cookies,
01:06and grated coconut.

01:14lemon, and grapefruit juice,
