00:18After that, we're going to go to a child's pose, a nice simple move that's really going
00:22to open up your lower back and it's going to wind up feeling great.
00:24Just focus on taking your time on this and try to breathe through the stretch as much
00:28as you can.
00:30Then we go to the couch stretch and this one is great.
00:33It is painful, but it will really open up your hip flexors on the front side.
00:38It'll start to open up your quads and it'll leave your legs feeling great.
00:43The entire routine will have you feeling great, so just take 8 to 10 minutes to do this every
