00:00Hello, in this video, this video is addressed to my twin flame, Shia. Hi, Shia.
00:04If you're just watching, I thank you for watching.
00:07I just got extremely tortured today, so if I look awful and act like I'm in pain and tortured, it's because of that.
00:21So, in this video, I'm going to talk a little bit about the crime that's happening to me,
00:27but I'm going to talk mostly about the food research, Shia.
00:30And I'm only going to say whatever I wrote on the notes, and there's going to be definite demonic interference
00:38that's going to manipulate or try to speak through me to talk to you, Shia, to attack you.
00:48So, if there's anything off, and there's some kind of patterned things being set in patterned ways,
00:57it's probably part of your mind control program to trigger you.
01:05So, I have a lot of things, a few pages. I want to show you the temperature.
01:17So, this temperature, how it says 84, I put it in the window.
01:22I put it in the window to see if it would work because the sun was shining in the window,
01:28and I had the blinds down because it's too hot in here.
01:31And it's normally 82, and see how this, it says 28, it was backwards for two and a half years.
01:45Today is the first day where I was able to try to fix the temperature to make it so it says 82 degrees.
01:58So, that thing, the bathroom vent backfired because I have two fans going now.
02:06I have the fan there and the fan here, and I only had this fan last year.
02:13That's all I had with my room naturally being 82 degrees in the summertime and hotter.
02:20It can get up to 88 degrees in here.
02:26So, I had a fan, the first year I lived here, I had a fan even smaller than this, and it was the only fan I had.
02:36So, they're trying to give me heat stroke in here, and this has been a pattern that's been happening.
02:43So, I'm going to get another fan for the bathroom because I really don't like the energy,
02:51the feeling of the energy without the vent working.
02:55But I'm going to keep this out and only put it in the bathroom when I am,
03:01after I take my bath, when it gets really hot and steamy.
03:05So, I wanted to show it, prove to you.
03:11I need to get another temperature.
03:18I need to get another temperature because I think it works.
03:2384 Fahrenheit.
03:25I had it in the window, but it was, I showed you, it's normally around 82,
03:30and it stays on 82 and I don't know why it doesn't fluctuate.
03:36But maybe this is just the typical summer weather and this is a typical temperature in here,
03:41but I want to get a thermometer in here and a thermometer, a body thermometer,
03:48to make sure I'm not, I don't get overheated.
03:52And I took my shoes off and I'm just wearing my socks because the shoes are very hot.
03:57I put on shorts.
03:59Typically I would just wear leggings every day, but it's too hot.
04:02I have to start realizing that I don't use this A.C. only a few times for maybe an hour or two
04:13or less than an hour at a time.
04:17That's because I can't afford to use the A.C.,
04:22but it is a lot cooler in here with the other fan.
04:28And so it definitely backfired.
04:30I could be in a lot of trouble and I have.
04:37It's gotten a lot hotter this week, so the timing of that is it backfired.
04:45It backfired.
04:46The attack.
04:49The poisonous attack.
04:52Poison attack.
04:54So in regards to my glasses, I called Optimize.
04:58They looked in my file and they said those are reading glasses.
05:02And I told them that I was having trouble with the glasses, the older glasses, as well with reading
05:13because I remember a few times lifting my glasses up to read something, but I never processed it.
05:20Because of my brain injury, I did not process the fact that I was lifting the glasses up and reading things.
05:27I stopped all cooking.
05:29Usually it would be ingredients.
05:33So the lens did not change even with the new glasses, and I already knew that
05:37because my old glasses, I had to lift up a few times, not a lot.
05:42I don't remember doing it a lot.
05:45They said because it's been five months, there would have to be a new exam.
05:50But I told them it's because of my brain injury that didn't make me realize that they're not for reading.
06:00They say in the file that these lens that they created for me are for reading, and it's not true.
06:07Everything's fuzzy when I bring it up close to, like, about here.
06:11So even what I noticed with the computer, I've been pushing it back farther to be able to read,
06:18and I didn't realize I was doing that until recently.
06:23So it takes me a while to figure things out.
06:31And also, if I don't tell you everything right away, Cheyenne, it's not always because I can't figure out.
06:40Because of the possession or because of the coma, it's really hard to get myself to tell you things specifically, like, right away too.
06:53In regards to the presidency, I have looked a little bit about the presidency a little bit.
07:06I don't listen to politics.
07:13I just don't.
07:16Part of it is probably I'm not allowed to learn about politics in the world.
07:24Part of it is because my brain can't really process all subjects, and I'm not interested in the subject of politics.
07:40But in regards to the presidency, I'm not going to say too much, but I didn't look really much at all about...
07:49In regards to President BIDEN and VPHARRIS, I don't think...
08:02They really aren't all over the internet, because everything really quieted down when he got into the presidency.
08:14But I found some kind... I kind of found...
08:18And this is my opinion, and no one can use this against me.
08:22I felt like almost S-U-I-C-D-A-L from the...
08:29From whatever...
08:32From how he acts.
08:37And I think there was programming involved in regards to that.
08:42But BIDEN is a polygamist, I believe, in my opinion.
08:48I believe he shouldn't be the next president.
08:54In regards to H-A-R-R-I-S and then B-I-D-E-N and his wife,
09:05I think H-A-R-R-I-S and B-I-D-E-N are practicing P-O-L-Y-G-A-M-Y.
09:16And I'm not going to go into detail about it, and I don't want to say too much about it.
09:21However, I don't like B-I-D-E-N.
09:25And...
09:31It's not really a coincidence that the S-U-I-C-D-A-L rate is the highest it has ever been in these past three years.
09:40And also, I believe...
09:44That's all I'm going to say, Shaya.
09:47B-I-D-E-N is a P-O-L-G-A-M-I-S-T and should not be the model of this country, America.
10:03So that's all I'm going to say.
10:13And I'm pretty much sure you're going to get attacked because I told you that.
10:18I don't really know why, but...
10:21I am very, very quiet about things, but everything is going to be used against me.
10:25And because I am not a criminal, Shaya...
10:31They're going to try to manipulate things that I say to try to attempt to create...
10:39Try to attempt to make me look like I'm a bad person or a criminal, and I'm not.
10:47But they're going to try very hard, so I have to be very careful about what I say.
10:54And they're playing with my face, Shaya, just so you know.
10:59Some of the reasons why I don't sit up straight, Shaya, is that I get tortured.
11:04I get immediately tortured if my back is straight.
11:08That's part of the reason why I'm hunching over.
11:11There's an etheric implant in my back.
11:13When it's straight up, I get immediately tortured.
11:18And that's an extreme problem.
11:20Even with postures, specific postures, like in regards to the deliverance prayers,
11:26if I have my two feet straight down on the ground and my spine up, that creates an antenna.
11:32But they're constantly trying to get me to lift my feet and put my feet up,
11:36because in that position, I'm less of an antenna.
11:42And they'll stop torturing me more when I have put my feet up.
11:50So I just did three hours of deliverance prayers, those prayer points,
11:55and I'm going to do one more hour today.
12:08Let me see if there's any more photographs I have to show you.
12:17I'll do this another day.
12:19I'll show all these things to you another day.
12:23So I need to get a body temperature.
12:28I think 82 degrees.
12:33I have to be careful.
12:35The sun did go down, though.
12:43As I made this video, so it's a little bit cooler now.
12:47I think there's something wrong with this, because I took it off the window and it still says 84.
12:53So I want to get a thermometer for this room.
12:59Because I am actually in danger.
13:00I'm noticing all these things about my life, and I'm noticing that I am in danger.
13:07And I can be at risk of heat stroke.
13:09Typically with brain injury people, you get more hot easily and more cold easily.
13:18And things go off.
13:21Like I can be more hot but not realize I'm too hot later on, and then it's too late.
13:28I get, like, really, like, have all the symptoms when I get really hot.
13:35So there's someone definitely playing around to try remote-viewing me.
13:38There's definitely a lot of witches that are remote-viewing me right now,
13:41trying to play with the words to attack you and me.
13:52So the bathroom fan definitely backfired, because now I have these two fans going.
13:59And that's definitely an attempt, because of the possession,
14:05they're forcing me to not have enough fans in here.
14:11I'll show you the fan that I had for the first year and a half or so.
14:21I think I actually, I think I showed this to you before.
14:27I have told you this before.
14:29I'll show you the fan that I had prior to this one.
14:41This was the one.
14:43This was the one I had.
14:54It was a tiny fan.
14:58It was a nine-inch fan.
15:01Nine-inch fan.
15:02And the excuse was, this room is so small you can't have a big fan in here,
15:06because the room is so small and it would look really bad.
15:12So that was definitely a murder attempt.
15:26But I had to read the temperature backwards.
15:31I had to, why does it say 92?
15:39So maybe it got up to 92 degrees when I put it in the window.
15:45I have to get a temperature.
15:49Oh, this is 29 degrees.
15:52Oh, it's Celsius.
15:54So it's not backwards.
15:5629 degrees Celsius.
16:17But it feels a lot better with the two fans in here.
16:21I saw a butterfly fluttering around my window, Shia.
16:25I thought of your mother.
16:29And it wasn't just like, it didn't just fly by, it was literally hovering around.
16:34And I don't think that's normal for a butterfly to fly up this high,
16:40because I'm on the eighth floor.
16:48Yeah, it fluttered around for about 30 seconds.
16:55I got very, very bad attacks yesterday and today.
16:59And it was kind of a reminder not to worry.
17:18But I was told some of these witches are verbally attacking me with V2K
17:25so that they can feel important and feel very popular.
17:33Because I'm being surveillanced,
17:38and people are able to know things that people are attacking me with.
18:00I'm starting to, because of the AI photography,
18:05I start to change my clothes, take my clothes on and off.
18:09I've been getting more and more threats that people are able to see
18:15or taking AI photos of me.
18:19So I've started to, after my bath, make the room pitch dark while I'm changing.
18:36And it's kind of annoying and a little dangerous,
18:40because I have to get out of the bathtub with my bathing suit.
18:45And it kind of soaks my mat.
18:49And then I have to go back in the bathtub to take the bathing suit off,
18:54or else the mat will get even more soaked.
18:57And it's a little dangerous, because it can be slippery to have to turn the light off
19:04and then walk back in the tub while in the pitch dark.
19:07So I'm being put kind of in danger by doing this.
19:11It's worth it, because it's worth it, obviously.
19:27And then they're saying they're using glow-in-the-dark AI photos.
19:42Why did it take me five months to realize those were farsighted glasses?
19:48How on earth did they not figure out, how could they do that,
19:53give me farsighted glasses and not nearsighted?
19:57I really, really hope that wasn't, I don't think it was intentional,
20:00but I really don't understand how that could be.
20:05I really, really hope that wasn't, I don't think it was intentional,
20:09but I really don't understand how that could possibly have happened.
20:13And obviously it's not putting me in danger,
20:17because farsighted glasses is way more important than nearsighted.
20:22And anyone who's poisoned me, anyone who's poisoned me is a pile of puke.
20:38Anyone who poisoned me is a pile of puke.
20:42That's what a telepathic supporter said.
20:45And I agree 100%.
20:52I thought of maybe doing my laundry on a different floor here,
21:20because they used to lock the floors, so you could only go to the floor that you live on,
21:24with the specific key that you have.
21:30They don't do that anymore, so I could do laundry on a different floor.
21:34However, I'm being threatened that they're going to put poison in my clothes.
21:41There is cameras, however.
21:45I wouldn't be able to figure out if they do that.
21:49I'm only going to go out once a month for my laundry money,
21:52when I have groceries, and get food delivery the rest of the month,
21:55and spend only my money on food and household and cleaning supplies,
21:59and whatever bills I have.
22:02And I still have $36 plus a 7-pack,
22:06and I still have $36 plus a 7-pack Walmart credit,
22:13so I could, in a few days when I'm running low on groceries,
22:20two or three days when I'm running low on groceries,
22:23I could get, it's only $10 for delivery,
22:29and then you can tip, but I won't tip,
22:31obviously because I'm low on money.
22:34But they don't really always all need tips, because they make like $20 an hour.
22:39I learned on Google, because I wanted to see,
22:42I thought that they were getting such low pay.
22:45I was mind-controlled to believe that they were making like $5 to like,
22:51not even $5 to $9,
22:54and then they were just doing the deliveries for all the tips.
22:59That's a lie. That was a lie being told to me.
23:04So, people are truly disgusted, though.
23:16I feel bad for anybody that has to learn about what I went through,
23:20all this crime and torture, because there's a lot of people that are not,
23:24they don't have a criminal mind,
23:27and they wouldn't ever know that this kind of stuff goes on.
23:32I didn't know this kind of stuff went on,
23:36up until I was 24,
23:42when I was getting really, really, really, really criminal.
23:47My life was getting, there was a lot of criminal crime that was happening to me at that age.
23:53That was when it started.
23:57Obviously, I got attacked my whole life, however,
24:01it was becoming very obvious.
24:04Someone is trying to play with my words right now.
24:09If anybody uses these videos against me to try to frame me,
24:13I'm not saying anything, everything, all this is true or not,
24:18and you are going to be punished.
24:23You are going to be punished by the courtroom for trying to frame me.
24:33People are truly disgusted with what has happened to me,
24:37and they are extremely offended.
24:43And it's almost like they're getting second-hand harassment
24:49and second-hand assault from having to know about this and watch it.
25:02So I'm going to actually, I'm going to show you the food research now.
25:09So I went and did some food research last night.
25:14I found this food research book,
25:20and it's called,
25:24So I went and did some food research last night.
25:29I found this food research book on Internet Archive from 1980.
25:42Good housekeeping, illustrated cookbook,
25:48and I found a lot of really nice recipes,
25:52and it was illustrated cookbook, so I didn't have to Google them all.
25:56So I'm going to show you, show you.
25:59Cinnamon, apricots, and cream.
26:04This looks really good.
26:11Vanilla cream pie.
26:18These are different types of coffee cake.
26:22Peach-filled, cherry coffee cake,
26:27sour cream coffee cake.
26:30I like coffee cake.
26:38This is a Greek salad,
26:41and what I want to show you is because they have a lot of different types of salad.
26:46What I want to show you is because they put capers and anchovies,
26:53among the other Greek ingredients,
26:58like pepperoncini, tomatoes, feta cheese, cucumbers, olives.
27:03They put capers and anchovies. I think that's a really good idea.
27:07This is cucumbers in a sour cream sauce.
27:12Chives and onions in sour cream.
27:20This is sweet and sour Brussels sprouts.
27:32This is leeks au gratin.
27:35So this is like leeks simmered and then topped with a cheese mixture and boiled.
27:52Whole green and wax beans in a parsley sauce.
28:06So instead of chicken parmesan, there's veal parmesan.
28:21Lamb kebabs.
28:24I like these kebabs because they have eggplant, pepper, and onion.
28:30Barbecued on the grill with sauce.
28:38Lamb chops.
28:40Lamb chops with vegetable gravy.
28:42I've never heard of vegetable gravy.
28:59That'd be nice to try making vegetable gravy chai.
29:03I'm having trouble talking about the food chai right now.
29:08They're blocking my brain.
29:10Cubed steaks with fresh tomato sauce.
29:13This looks good, like thinly cut steaks,
29:15and then they made a tomato sauce with fresh slices of tomatoes.
29:20I don't usually like eating the center of the tomato.
29:28If it's cooked, it's fine.
29:33This is oriental anise beef.
29:35So they cook the beef and they marinate it.
29:40They have soy sauce, anise seed, and green onions.
29:48I really like soy sauce.
29:51I would have soy sauce on food more than I would usually,
29:58but I never have ingredients.
30:01I usually think if I eat soy sauce to have it with Asian dishes.
30:08This is filet mignon with mustard caper sauce.
30:22Braised steak Caesar style.
30:26What I like about this braised steak is they put a Worcestershire anchovy sauce on it.
30:38I'm going to make this video short chai because I'm not feeling well.
30:46I'm feeling hotter than usual.
30:56I think it's the prayers.
31:00I think it's the prayers.
31:08The prayers are working.
31:10I remember chai.
31:12When we do the prayers, it's not all going to work immediately,
31:20but it's going to end up working.
31:23This is fish steaks, halibut fish steaks with eggplant sauce.
31:28This looks good.
31:30This is salmon steaks with marinated cucumber.
31:47Stir-fried shrimp.
31:49What I like about this, this is shrimp stir-fried,
31:57but they put a bed of Chinese cabbage and peapods.
32:04I never ever think to put food on a bed of lettuce or a bed of vegetables,
32:10but I think we can try that chai.
32:13I've never heard this before.
32:15This sounds really good.
32:16Eggplant lasagna.
32:18Eggplant lasagna.
32:21Layers of eggplant.
32:24Melted cheese on top.
32:28It's bread crumbed.
32:29It has bread crumbs on the top with tomato sauce, mozzarella, cheese.
32:37This is pizza and all the different toppings.
32:43I really like the anchovy.
32:46I've never tried anchovy pizza.
32:48I think that would taste really good.
32:58Quiche.
33:00This is a cheese, bacon.
33:04Quiche Lorraine has cheese, bacon, eggs, and cream.
33:08Switzerland cheese and onion pie.
33:19Oh, it's too blurry. I can't show you.
33:27This is Italian cheese toast.
33:30I really like this because they have mozzarella melted on the toast,
33:37and they put capers.
33:42They topped it with anchovy caper sauce.
33:49This is crepes.
33:55I've never tried savory crepes, but they put a spinach filling and a shrimp curry.
34:08This is shrimp chowder.
34:11I've never tried that. That looks really good.
34:19Bacon. We can use turkey bacon wrapped scallops.
34:25Turkey bacon wrapped scallops.
34:28I've never tried that. It sounds really good.
34:32Pickled shrimp.
34:35This is pickled shrimp.
34:40I've never seen pickled shrimp.
34:46Pickled shrimp. I think I've seen that recently this past month on another cookbook.
34:57This is tortellini in cream sauce.
35:01This looks good. I like tortellini.
35:05I don't eat it often, but when I do, I really like it.
35:09Tuna dip.
35:12Tuna dip with potato chips.
35:15I've never thought of eating tuna dip with potato chips,
35:21but this isn't just tuna salad.
35:23This is tuna with mayonnaise, anchovies, lemon juice, paprika.
35:28Sounds really good.
35:34Green onion.
35:36Green onion dip, blue cheese dip, and yogurt cheese dip.
35:41And crackers.
35:50And I'm going to show the rest of these tomorrow,
35:56and I'm going to talk about yushan.
35:59I'm going to make this video not as long because
36:07I don't feel well.
36:12And I'm sure that you get tortured, Shia, while you're washing these.
36:21You don't mind them when they're short sometimes.
36:27And I have a headache. I feel kind of faintish.
36:31I'm fine, Shia, but neither of us are fine, Shia.
36:36We're so tortured.
36:38I had really bad things being said to me these past 48 hours,
36:44and I'm having trouble being able to be angry.
36:51And I told you I can't cry or defend myself because of the possession.
36:58It's like we're being chained down and held hostage in our own life environment
37:06and held in our body and in our brain.
37:09Like, I can't really completely explain it.
37:12However, I'm feeling extreme feelings of anger about what's happened to us, Shia.
37:21And I can't, like, I can't, like, because of the stroke,
37:30I have a hard time, like, having my emotions, feeling my emotions.
37:36It's actually really scary.
37:38It's really scary that this could happen to someone.
37:44So, Shia, these are things about you, and let me play your video while I'm watching.
37:56So, when I watch, replay this video, Shia,
38:00what I've started to do is watch your video and put your video right up on the screen,
38:06like, right against the screen so I can watch you at the same time that I'm watching my video.
38:12And I really like, I like to see myself through you
38:17because you're half of me, and when I watch myself, I see you, like, all the time.
38:26So, Shia, you make me feel very comfortable and at home.
38:49I love your mannerism, Shia.
38:52And we're going to have marriage covenants together.
39:03And you are the only person I trust, Shia.
39:06I trust you, and I love the way that you make me feel, Shia.
39:20I really need your video.
39:22I really need your voice.
39:24I know you're so tortured.
39:26You're so strong, Shia.
39:28I think that it's possible you're more tortured than me.
39:32However, I think it's actually, I think we're really equivalent in how tortured we are.
39:49When I say your name, Shia, and think about you, I don't always smile on my face, but I'm smiling inside, Shia.
40:02I can't help but...
40:08You're so cute, Shia.
40:30I never loved myself, Shia, until I met you.
40:40And I'm going to help you with things, and I think that you're going to make me, help me with my hair and my makeup.
40:52I have all these witchcraft spells on my hair.
40:55It's not just like I don't know how to do my hair.
41:03I do feel like I've known you my whole life.
41:08I can't wait to eat your cooking.
41:10I know you're a good cook, Shia.
41:16And you have an anxiety disorder like me, Shia.
41:20And I really want you to be safe, Shia.
41:22And don't...
41:28I'm trying to be as safe as possible, Shia, also.
41:48I hope you have a good rest of your day, Shia.
41:53And please, God, protect Shia.
41:55And please, God, give me the words to say to Shia.
42:03I'm here for you, Shia.
42:04I want to help you, Shia.
42:32So I'm going to stop this video, and I will talk to you tomorrow.
42:39I love you, Shia.
