Bowen calls on England fans to 'stick with' Three Lions

Jarrod Bowen insists England are in a 'good position' at Euro 2024 despite criticism of their performances.

00:00I think it's difficult to say care too much because you know you're playing for a country

00:04at a tournament of course you want to put everything into the game but you know I think

00:07it's important to find that balance of yes you want to be hyped up for the game but not

00:11too much where your emotions can kind of boil over and then you know not the other end of

00:15the spectrum where you know you're too calm and too chilled on the pitch so I think it's

00:18about finding that balance. The first game was you know we put everything into that to

00:23win that game I think we spoke about in the build-up of that winning that first game getting

00:26off to a good start and you know we wanted to win the second game as well of course we

00:30did but in the end we took the point. We're in a really good position and you know I've

00:36been a fan of England this is my first major tournament I remember watching the last Euros

00:39and the World Cup we were sat with four points after two games. I think it's probably just

00:43a mix of that we've set such high standards we don't expect to win every game because

00:47I think that's you know a bit of an arrogance but you know we're always confident in our

00:51own ability to win but our message to all the fans we've keep sticking with it keep

00:56showing the support that you have done because for me to experience it has been you know

01:00incredible so for me is stick with it and we'll see you on Tuesday.
