Opening to Look Who's Talking Too 1996 VHS

Tape distributor: Columbia TriStar Home Video [Big Mouth Productions]
It's weird that these movies weren't released as part of the Columbia TriStar Family Collection even though at least the first 2 got released in clamshell packaging (commonly associated with kids/family releases in the 90s).
Also, can someone please tell me if the third movie (Look Who's Talking Now) got a clamshell released in 1996?
