00:00More than half a billion pesos worth of aid, services and programs were given by the government to the new Serbisio Fair in Surigao del Sur.

00:11Jacem arrived early here at the De La Salle John Bosco College in Bislig City, Surigao del Sur to attend the new Philippine Serbisio Fair.
00:22As a college student, it's a big deal for Jacem if he can get help from the government.
00:28But he was not discouraged, even though he is full of gratitude.
00:32Of course, in my studies, I am studying at Northeastern Mindanao State University.
00:38And we are having a financially unstable situation.
00:44I need money for my instructional materials for school.
00:49House Speaker Martin Romualdez led the launch of the BPSF Caravan in Surigao del Sur with more than 70 congressmen.
00:58According to the program, the government's aid and programs will be closer to our countrymen.
01:05In his answer, Romualdez insisted that they are not focusing on legislation but on the implementation of government programs.
01:14That's why they are going around now.
01:16Day and night, not only here in Surigao del Sur, but in the whole of the Philippines,
01:21they are thinking about how to improve the lives of our fellow Filipinos.
01:30I love them because as the leader of the House of Representatives, I am with them.
01:37We cannot do this without them.
01:43According to the House Speaker's Office, the total value of the services and assistance provided to the BPSF Caravan in the province will be worth P560 million.

02:13As a teacher, I would like to use this allowance to buy a printer and a laptop for my teaching position.
02:22As of now, we have distributed P1,270,000.
02:30That's composed of 85 beneficiaries.
02:34What I can say to the OFWs here in the new government of President Bongbong Marcos Jr.,
02:42the government is now providing services to the people, not just to the OFWs, but to the whole of the Philippines, to the fellow Filipinos.
02:53Aside from the new Philippine Service Fair, the Cash Assistance and Rice Distribution, or CART Program, was also implemented in Surigao del Sur.
03:01Start-up Incentives, Business Opportunity and Livelihood, or SIBOL Program, and Integrated Scholarship and Incentives, or ISIP for the Youth Program.
