00:00I don't know about you guys, but I'm having such a great time.

00:08The Land of Women is a really fun series about three generations of women.

00:16We're going to my mom's town in Spain.

00:22I play Gala, who's a very wealthy New York socialite.

00:25She has a wine store, an aging mother, and rebellious daughter.

00:29She discovers, because of her husband, they have no money.

00:32You stole $15 million!

00:41Girls trip!

00:43They go to this beautiful wine region in Spain.

00:47I love the idea of a fish out of water.

00:49She's really out in the middle of nowhere.

00:51But the town also is like, who is this alien that just landed?

00:55We are introduced to a town called La Muga.

00:58The vineyard and all the work here is done by women.

01:03The wine hasn't been doing very well.

01:05She's like, I'm going to help you better your wine, and that'll solve her money problems.

01:29My daughter, Kate, is just free and unique and really walks to the beat of her own drum.

01:37She wants to be independent, to get away from her family like any teenage does.

01:45We are escaping something, but we're also finding ourselves through this journey together.

01:50I've always wanted to do something here in Spain.

01:55What Ramón said, there's this great book, Land of Women, I'm going to adapt it.

02:07I think this world, it just draws you in.

02:09That contrast of rural versus high society.

02:13There's a lot of great characters in the town.

02:18I love global shows like this.

02:20And that culture experience is so fun and rich.

02:31And ultimately it's about family and it's about community.
