Bihar Reservation :बिहार सरकार द्वारा आरक्षण बढ़ाने के फैसले को पटना हाईकोर्ट ने रद्द कर दिया है. गुरुवार को हाईकोर्ट ने बिहार के उस कानून को रद्द कर दिया, जिसमें पिछड़ा वर्ग, अत्यंत पिछड़ा वर्ग, अनुसूचित जाति और अनुसूचित जनजाति के लिए आरक्षण 50 फीसदी से बढ़ाकर 65 फीसदी कर दिया गया था

01:20had imposed a 50% restriction on reservation in the Indira Swahini case.
