01:01challenged the High Court

01:03to cancel 10% reservation for EWS.

01:09He said that the decision of reservation

01:11was taken on the basis of caste discrimination

01:14and not on the basis of sufficient representation in government jobs.

01:18Justice D. N. Kumar said that the Supreme Court

01:20had imposed a 50% restriction on reservation in the Indira Swahini case.

01:25He said that the issue of caste discrimination and discrimination

01:28is still pending in the Supreme Court

01:30in which the decision of the state government

01:32to increase it from 50% to 65% has been challenged.
